I LOVE THESE PEOPLE SO PATIENT, KIND AND GENTLE. We have a Great Dane male named Moose who the name fits. He is very strong and large weighing at his age 15 months 126+ lbs. They grow til they are at age 2 so he is going to be big. But being in the still puppy stages he is strong and excitable so trying to control him is like trying to control a wild stallion lol. The staff at Brown are so kind and help us with securing a room asap as to not scare the other dogs, Moose is not at all aggressive he just wants to play with other dogs and yet thinks he is a small dog. Our last vet closed down so we were recommended here to Brown by Dapper Dog Daycare. They are very affordable and offer many different ways to keep my Moose healthy yet are not pushy to those who maybe cant afford all the preventative things for your pet. I always feel good and safe about coming here and only have been here twice. Thank you for Dr. and Staffs patience with my Moose and for caring about my dog more then my pocketbook. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor for your fur babies ^j^

diagnosed my girl with cancer- gave her a few days at most. offered repeatedly to put her down to the point that i was afraid to let them leave the room with her to give her an x-ray. afterwards they proceeded to send us cards saying that they hope shes better. didnt even bother to read her chart past her name before sending that false sympathy. i would be less offended if i wasnt told to put her down repeatedly after i made it CLEAR that that is not how she would want to go. even offered to do it without us so we wouldnt have to watch it, which is what both disgusted and terrified me.

After 7 years of taking my cats to this vet and had 9 cats.onlyb1 left the oldest one Baby Girl .had spayed and shots and surgery ..and even brought in strays off street that were injured and paid for the cats to be saved but ended up not making it..but paid bill in full thats before I got sick with my heart .and I didnt have the $42.00 to pay this year but paid 75 of bill turn me into collection and now my cat sick got attacked by a stray cat they wont take her..Im sorry I praised this vet and her business give them.a NEGATIVE O

My daughter took her dog to brown veterinary with a broken leg they told her it would be $2000 for the surgery and would have to take him to Indianapolis because they couldnt do the surgery there, she tried real hard to raise money for her dog but it was just to much for her she finally took it to doctor shu, they said the dog didnt even need surgery they bandaged the leg real good said it would heal by itself, the dog is now fine thanks to doctor shu who sadly past away. We now go to petcare.

My kitten needed her shots and a wellness exam. I will never go to a different vet again! Brown operates very much like a doctors office with private rooms, "nurses", and strict attention to patients. Everyone there understands the love you have for your babies and they are happy to answer any questions you may have without judgement. Very happy with our care and reasonable prices on services!

This is an excellent vet! The vet I usually go to just looked at my dog said cancer and there was nothing he could do. I took my dog to her and she felt the lump and took cell samples then told me it may not be a tumor. She then did the surgery for 600 bucks less then the other vet and my dog is happy and healthy where as the other vet said I should put him down. I love Dr. Brown!

My cat just DIED!!! Because of respritory issues the REASON we brought her in last week you NEVER EVEN CHECKED HER LUNGS!!!! She had a mass and fluid on her LUNGS!!! DO NOT TAKE YIUR ANIMAL HERE!! THEY DONT CHECK THE REASON YOU BRING THEM IN!! WE ARE IN THE HOLE OVER 1000 GRAND AND WE HAVE A DEAD FAMILY MEMBER!!!! Who we LOVED DEARLY SHE CANT BE BROUGHT BACK!!!!!!

Dr Ed is the best he takes very good care of my babies when we go see him. Dr Brown is great too Chamaco (my white one) only saw her once but she was so sweet to him. I thought we were going to lose our fur babies a couple of times due to a dog attack and them eating bad stuff but they took great care of them and us. Even though my babies are very aggressive.

From the front desk personnel to the vet techs to the physicians we always receive great customer service and the best care possible for our little guy. The staff here is great. We brought our cat here after a bad experience at one of the Banfield veterinarians in Indianapolis where they all but let him die. Dr. Brown was able to get him back to normal in a little over a day and kept us up to date throughout his stay.

Beth Brown and Greg Reilly are phenomenal! Im disabled and theres no way I could get my 3 cats rounded up and in their carriers for a vet visit. They come to my house, give the cats an exam and their shots and trim their nails. Easier on the cats and me!
