Was referred by my sons Dr. We went Nov 4th, 2016 to fill out paperwork and to talk to the Dr about the next steps. Because my son has Amerigroup, they said it would take up to 6 weeks for the insurance to approve it. Dec 5th, a month later I call. "Oh were still waiting to hear back from the insurance". So I call Amerigroup....they never sent the request in. So I called again the next day. The receptionist said, oh well I did it online so it must not have went through. A week later I call back and Dr Burns himself answers. I told him what was going on and he said, well I need to check with so and so and see whats going on and well give you a call back. Guess what?? NO CALL BACK!!! I had to pull my son from school because of behavioral issues on top of getting bullied because they refused to get him the help he needed. I took my business elsewhere, like Rome, GA where their Drs know how to treat patients.

Showed up for first appt and nobody was at the office. Door was locked and lights were turn off. Called several times to confirm appt but nobody answers the phone. Sent email, but I got a feeling I wont be getting a response! Not a way to do business!!!
