Updating my review - I had a very difficult time getting through to make an initial appointment. I also booked my appointments out for a month because they are very busy and then ended up having some schedule issues and was unable to rearrange my appointments and had issues making it to some. I ended up with over $200 in fees. My insurance information was not lining up with my office visit charges and it ended up being quite a mess and very frustrating. However the care I received from Dr. Schultz was good and her approach is very laid back and I felt like we could take things at the pace that was comfortable to me. She takes the time to get to know her patients which is important. Because of all the confusing charges I was unable to continue care. You pay up front for the visit and then are reimbursed if insurance ends up paying more. These out of pockets fees ended up being too much of a burden on top of my cancellation fees. I am in the process of getting this sorted out but due to the back office processes and policies I am unable to give a 4-5 star review.

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance and when I arrived I wasnt on the schedule. They had in their notes that I was scheduled for that day but it wasnt on the calendar. I took off work for this appointment and their was "nothing" they could do about it because they were booked. Obviously I left there and immediately called another medical group. Completely unprofessional and if this is how they run a business I surely dont want to be apart of that.

Tried calling to make a appointment, I kept being told I was the 1st person in the queue please stay on the line then I would be told I was the 2nd person in the queue, after being on hold for 1 hr and 20 minutes I finally hung up, honestly I stayed on hold that long to see how long they would actually keep me on hold. HORRIBLE customer service!!!
