Great Doctors! I really like them. I disagree with the previous reviewer. You wait, when they are busy, but they try to get you in as soon as possible and they keep the line moving. I like them a lot. I think the staff is nice and knowledgable and the doctors are great. They are basically my primary care physicians. They always try to find a solution to your problem and help you. They can do some tests right there and if they cant find anything, they send you for more and try to locate the problem. I never left their office without some type of answer. And they do listen to their patients, which does not happen too ofter in this profession. Im quite picky with the primary care doctors and I fired many, but I will give these doctors 5 stars.

Made the mistake of going here twice in 3 weeks. 2.5 hour wait times each time, but the second visit. There was NO ONE there, not a single patient came in or out of that door for 2.5 hours while my girlfriend sits in the waiting room in tears. The nurses happened to be extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, however the doctor has obviously given up on his profession. Look at the reviews of ANY other urgent care within 5 miles, there are plenty, and I promise you an extra 10 minute drive is better than wasting have your day here for substandard care.

I visited at 9am on a Wednesday morning and I was seen promptly. The nurse and the Dr. were great because they answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Dr. Donchev gave me free medicine because I dont have insurance. One drawback is that without insurance it costs $200 to see the Dr. Im definitely glad I went though!

Dr. Donchev is the BEST. We travel all the way from Paulding County if we need urgent care services. Not only is he right on top of things, he is so easy to talk to and has excellent bedside manner! Love Sandy Plains Wellstar Urgent Care. Far superior than any other urgent care we have been to (including other Wellstar facilities.

I have, unfortunately, had to use this facility several times, but I have always received EXCELLENT attention and care! I kiddingly told them Ive had to go there so many times I was thinking about making them my PCP! As a senior citizen I am pleased to have this facility so close to my home.

They were great! We came in at 7:00 PM with our sick toddler, and everyone treated us so well. They did not make us feel rushed, and were great with our daughter. My daughter even said, I like everyone here. When we need an Urgent Care again, this will be the place!

I have used this facility several times and the professional staff and excellent medical care one receives is some of the best. I will always consider this my first choice if I need to see someone quickly and need great care. Highly Recommend.

After a failed attempt at getting care from a local Minute Clinic, this Urgent Care was just what we needed. We arrived close to closing time, and were in and out very quickly; filling out minimal paper work, and getting the care we needed.

The reason folks go to an urgent care is to get in and out quickly. This place takes forever. Probably understaffed. Theres many other places that will actually get you in and out in under 3 hours.

Dr. Donchev and the other docs here are wonderful. Everyone is always so caring & they always get me fixed up & out as quickly as possible. Been coming for 4 years & will continue to do so.
