There are some competent medical professionals that work here, but in general Id say that they are ONLY useful for treatment of colds, flu, etc. If you are dealing with anything more serious than a common cold, most of the doctors here are pretty useless. They misdiagnose ALL of the time, seriously, not kidding, One of their go to moves is to assume you are over stressed because you are a tech student, and dismiss any weird symptoms you have as a byproduct of stress.

Ive had none of the problems stated in other reviews, save for the difficulty of finding an appointment. However, Ive walked in with an injury and an illness, both unannounced, and was helped on the spot within minutes. Very professional. The nurses and doctors are excellent and care for you enough to call you in following days to see if youre still alright. I dunno why people complain so much, no qualms here.

If you can actually get an appointment they are great, but that means waiting a few days. I have a terrible fever and the lady on the phone said I could get an appointment for 2 days from now or "sounds like you should just go to an urgent care facility today." What kind of campus health service is that?? Stamps is spending money on the wrong things and is not in it for students health.

Ive tried almost every doctor here and they differ a lot. I decided to stick with Dr. Terry cuz hes good and is available every weekday, the downside is he is popular so theres usually a days wait. The lab nurses are very professional. This place is still a good starting point if you suspect anything serious.

Practical, friendly, and prompt healthcare for a university health center. The healthcare providers here have been in the Tech community for decades and truly care about providing the best care and information for students.

Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone if you need to schedule an appointment that cant be done online.

Prompt service, thorough care, though it depends on the health care provider somewhat.
