Terrible. There are better agencies offering more sincere services and better customer service. Mr. and Mrs. Cullins seem to be all about themselves and how they can make an easy dollar off of children who truly need the help. One of their clients (a family member of mine) has severe behavioral issues. Theyre supposed to be seen on a regular basis (their parents were told 3x a week) but no one has come out to see this kid in MONTHS! I dont ever write reviews but the poor ethics and management skills displayed by the faces of this business deserves to be spoken out against. I know I cant be the only one. To sum them up into one one, SHADY! Beware doing business with Changing Phases.

Changing Phases Behavioral Support is a wonderful organization. I use them for behavioral health for my son and Im in methadone treatment there. The onsite and offsite care and professionalism that is displayed has been amazing. Ive noticed a change in my son since hes been in the care of this organization. If I can sum it all up, this organization has been a God-sent for my family and I. I never experienced a cost or collections for labs. My labs were free of charge. There is no discounted rates and they do take all insurances (even Medicaid). They have liquid and disk for medication options and there is no wait time.

This is the best clinic yet. The clinic is super nice and the staff truly cares. The doctor at this place is awesome and always accessible to me and others! I think once the word gets out everyone and their mamas is gonna be at this place. They take insurance and it saves me money in my pocket. I really wish I could give ten stars. Excellent service

This place is a scam. They promise lower prices and arent upfront. Then you get crazy lab bills that you cant pay and you end in collections. They dont care.
