Dr Mitchell and a few other nurses are wonderful. But the staffing is horrible. There is literally no one in the front of the office that seems to have higher than a 3rd grade education. And I say that lightly, there are 3rd graders I trust with my health over this staff. A few months back I broke my toe and went to the emergency room. I was given a referral to a foot and ankle doctor for further treatment. Because of insurance bs my doctor had to make the referral. It took almost 2 weeks to be seen. After that the nurse admitted to "forgetting to read all my file" and didnt make the referral for another 2 weeks. By the time I seen the specialist there was nerve damage that couldnt be reversed. Now my mom, who is seeing the same doctor needs a referral. Guess what...... she cant be seen for 4 days. It was recommended she see the doctor with 1 to 2 days. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR NOW!! DONT WAIT UNTIL YOUR STUCK HERE BECAUSE OF INSURANCE RULES ABOUT SWITCHING DOCTORS!!

I have had to repeatedly reschedule and make appointments just for getting the results of my blood work and my blood work was drawn on the 14th and that was the 2nd or third time they rescheduled just to give it to me. they need to make sure that when I schedule to be seen that that date is the date instead of rescheduling. they should not have to schedule at all just to get the result but instead just let me know by calling me on my cell.

This place sucks!! They tell you to come in then say they have no appts left to come back next week or drive across town!!!!
