My appointment date was 7/8/17 for 9am. I got there about a good 8:45 and was told by the receptionist that I needed to fill out some paperwork. I think that literally only took about 2 minutes. They then proceeded to have my mother and I wait downstairs for until 9:30 and then called me into a room to tell me that I needed to rush upstairs because they had been waiting for me and considered me a no show. No type of information was sent up letting them know that I was there and had been for almost an hour. I finally get upstairs and talk to the lady at the desk and she told me that they woldnt be able to see me because I was an hour late even though I had been in their downstairs lobby for an hour. None of my insurance information, reason for visit being there or anything of my information that I had just provided downstairs was readily available to her. I told her that I wasnt leaving until I was seen because it was not my fault that I had to wait forever. Didnt see the ob until 11 oclock and all she did was ask about a good 10 questions about my previous pregnancies and then sent me back into the lobby for another 10 minutes and when I was called back she gave me my next appointment date which was scheduled for 7 weeks which would have put me 12 weeks. Thats a very long time to wait for someone to start their prenatal care especially if you have already lost your other 2 pregnancies. I didnt feel as though they take your prenatal serious. I was there for a follow up after having had to go to the ER a week and a half before. They literally did nothing other draw my blood and fill my prescription. The nurse that drew my blood though was great and the women in the pharmacy as well as the receptionist downstairs but everyone else needs to reevaluate their field choice.

Been going here since I was 13 at the obgyn , I am now 21 and pregnant and sought prenatal care from here. I seen the doctor my very first appointment. She didnt do much after the pregnancy was confirmed but pressed on my uterus. My next two appointments I didnt see the doctor at all. The first time they had me come back at 11 weeks to hear the heartbeat and once I got there after waiting an hour in the waiting room they pulled me to the side and said Im not far along enough to hear it and they dont know who scheduled me to come in that day. I was irate because I wasted so much time for no reason and gas as I dont live around the corner from this place. The second appointment I had written down a list of complaints from my pregnancy that I wanted to talk to the DOCTOR About , hubby and I waited for an hour again in the waiting room and ANOTHER hour and a half in the back room only to not see the doctor because they were "short of staff" that day. Im pregnant so I was hungry after being there from 9:30 to 12. So we left. Moral of the story. Find another place ladies. Its horrible. I promise. Im so disappointed in this facility.

I am not sure how this establishment is still open. I am calling my insurance company, filing a complaint with HIPPA, and going to do everything in my power to let all of Atlanta and surrounding areas not to go here. If you cherish your body dont go here. I have seen flea infested dogs go to the vet and get treated more decently than this establishment. This place is so unprofessional I am unsure if the staff is at all qualified. I went to my appointment on a procedure that I have had done previously and I was in so much pain, I think she did it on purpose. If I was dying and this establishment was the only place that could save me I would just prefer to die. Dont go here and dont bring your children here. Im calling the state first thing monday morning like there needs to be sting operations in here cause they arent qualified to help anybody. So, I give this establishment or ratchet clinic negative 100 stars. Boycott them and dont give them a single dime. Google forced me to put one star to review. Have the nerve to be called family health centers of Georgia. If you are a sponsor put your money back in the bank!!!!!!

Went in with a referral for abdomen pain. The not-yet-a-doctor who would clearly rather not deal with low-income patients advised that I had kidney stones - which I already knew and told her that this pain was different. She told me to drink lots of water and come back without considering my other symptoms. Called to make a dental appointment: I was sent into a loop of infinity where if I pressed "#1 for English" I was just sent right back to the main "Welcome to West End Medical" message at the beginning for TWENTY MINUTES! When the ghetto princess finally picked up the phone, I told her what was happening. She gave me a big lazy sigh, and just transferred me to someone else. I EVENTUALLY was able to make an appointment for dental. Thank god I called days ahead to confirm bc the dental department said that they had NO APPOINTMENT FOR ME -- after ALLL of that. These chics (would not dare call them women - women do what they are supposed to do and uphold their responsibilities) clearly hate their jobs and people. FIRE THESE UNHAPPY, UNGRATEFUL LOUSY GHETTO SLOTHS!

Today was the 2nd time I had an appointment at the West End Medical Center and my experience was so unprofessional.My appointment time was at 5:45 and I wasnt seen by a doctor until 6:45!!! I had to open the door to ensure that they wouldnt forget I was back there. When the doctor came in it seemed like she was upset that I open the door and I gave her my reasoning behind it and her attitude got worse. I expressed to her that I was only there for a prescription refilll and she suggested that I should add another blood pressure prescription to the one I was trying to refill and I stated to her do you have my records you only seen me one time. After that she suggested that I come back and see another doctor and said that she would send my prescription to my pharmacy. I felt that she wasnt friendly and even though they was late I felt she couldve dealt with the situation better. I will never go to that location again!!!

Absolute worst service I have ever received. I called ahead to see if they took walk ins and they said that they were taking walk ins from 2:00-3:30. I arrived at 1:55, signed in and waited approximately an hour before the patient administrator took me back. I then went down to internal medicine and waited another half hour for them to take down my symptoms (dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, blood coming out of my ear), take my vitals, and then tell me that the doctor probably would turn me down because my symptoms didnt warrant a walk in. They sent me back to the waiting room and then called me to the desk to tell me that they wouldnt take me as a walk in and that I would have to make an appointment for another day. Everyone in the office was exceptionally rude. I had just changed insurance and this was supposed to be my new primary doctor. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! Dirty, rude, and completely unprofessional.
