I had the most horrific experience of my life. In the waiting room it looks like a small, quaint dentistry office....but when they call you back they first take you through a carpeted room that has disgusting stains all over it. Should there even be carpet in a medical office? After taking my x-rays in a dingy room, I was taken to the dentist chair in a room with another patient having what sound like a surgical procedure. The only thing separating us from one another was a cabinet. I could hear the patient moaning. The woman(Im assuming a hygienist or assistant) started asking me health questions which I felt very uncomfortable answering with another patient right next to me. When they took more x-rays, or whatever I was doing in the chair, they grabbed the plastic teeth separator out of a bucket of antiseptic filled with others and stuck it directly in my mouth. I have never in my life been to a dentist that didnt put plastic over equipment that went into your mouth. All I could taste was the cleaning solution. Once the ladies left the room, I sat waiting for over 30 minutes for the actual dentist to see me. I have no clue what she did to my mouth. It was extremely painful. She didnt use anything to clean my teeth with. All she did was scrape my teeth and spray water in my mouth. Since being a child, I have always enjoyed the clean feeling you receive upon leaving the dentist. My mouth felt disgusting afterwards. I would not recommend taking yourself or children to this dentist.

Horrible experience !!! I needed a cleaning and to glue back my crown. Over 2 hours and was still waiting. The dentist took the lady who came well after me. Then excuses herself of being the only one and that the time was not booked correctly for my procedures. I paid $95 but they did not have the $5 back and told me Ill get them when I live. After over 2 hours they forgot about the $5 so they wanted me to wait until someone is looking around and find the $5. She wanted to glue my crown back without cleaning the tooth and was pissed when I asked her to do so. She was like " what should I clean? you have nothing there" - very rude. I only got the crown glued but now I feel sorry because Im afraid Ill get an infection and if I got to emergency not only the crown will be destroyed but Ill pay a tons of money... They are not professionals AT ALL. I left because they still didnt find the $5 and could not wait over 3 hours just for a cleaning and to glue back a crown who takes literally 10min.

From the initial first phone call to schedule an appt, being a new patient, with pain from a broken tooth, they welcomed me and treated me like family, and had an appointment for an hour later that same day. Got there, and the inside is beautiful, and welcoming, the staff was all smiles, it was fantastic. I was so nervous, and hesitant because I havent been to a dentist in a very, very long time. So glad that I went here, they truly take care of you. While I dont look forward to having to get my teeth pulled or repaired, they certainly ease the process and make it more comfortable about it.

I have been a patient for 2 years and love the service and bedside manor of the staff and Doctors here. Although I have moved, I drive 1 hr and 30 minutes to get there. There is no other place I can fall asleep in the dental chair everytime. I have a had a bridge and a crown done and they are perfect.

Great Dentist. They were professional and made me feel comfortable while I was there. Although no one likes going to the dentist they made me feel relaxed and made the experience as good as it could have possibly been.
