This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The ladies in the front office (Tracy and Nikki) are fantastic. They really make you feel like they are happy to see you when you get there, and they really took the time to explain all of my dental insurance benefits and what I am able to do. Drs. Le and Huynh are simply the greatest. I had not been to the dentist due to my dislike for dentists. When I got a tooth pain that i could not deal with any longer, I took my wifes advice and went to them. They immediately made me feel right at home and took the time to get to know me and explain to me the needed procedures, rather than just "rushing" me through. They are letting me decide what procedures are done and when. I would HIGHLY recommend people using them if you need any dentistry work done. They have definitely set my mind at ease, and have me on the path to true dental health again.

Went in explaining I NEEDED a cleaning and they only took xrays, (never cleaned my teeth) and told me I needed to reschedule to get them cleaned. Only to get another deductible for me to pay. I work Mon-Fri 9-5 I cant just take off whenever I want because the place I was suppose to go to get my teeth cleaned decided they didnt feel like doing all in one day to make it easier on the customer! I found another dentist I wanted to go to and I called Smile Creators to get them to electronically send over my xrays that already cost me $80, they now want to tell me it will be another $10 just so that they can email it to my new dentist and $30 if I want to come in to get them. This is absurd and all this place wants is your money! It is not whatever is best for the customer.

My experience at smile creators is always awesome!!!! Dr. Huynh is so awesome he takes his time with me and he also helps me to relax. He also made my teeth look so pretty!!!!! His assistant Keisha is GREAT as well. Dr. Huynh took time to explain to me what I needed to do keep my teeth healthy. There are some dentist out there that just want your money and they dont care about your health. That is not the case with SMILE CREATORS!!!!! What I love about smile creators is that they truly care and love their patients. I honestly shopped around as I was new to the area. I went to Smile Creators because I was referred by a friend and had a wonderful personal experience. Their customer service is amazing and they treated me like I was their only client. I found out I needed a root canal which terrified me and I was made to feel very comfortable about the procedure. I received a second opinion just to make sure and I ended up right back at Smile Creators. I was not treated with the best care anywhere else nor was anyone willing to display the patience and answer all my questions like Smile Creators. They eased my anxiety, everyone from the receptionist to the dentist and Im thankful.

Dr. Chris Huynh surpassed my expectation on my very first visit. He is incredible, kind and truly cares about me. He listens. I have had unfavorable dentist in the past but now someone I can Believe in!!! Dr Huynh Has just the right expertise and no one could take me away from this mans practice. The entire staff is equally amazing. I have walked into that office with out an appointment scared and in tears and they took the time to see me and calm me down. Smile Creators in McDonough GA is probably one of the best dentist offices Ive ever had the pleasure of visiting. For starters, the staff is super nice and helpful. The wait time was almost nonexistent and the techs are very knowledgeable and professional. Just walking into the building you can tell they take pride in their appearance and cleanliness. the patients rooms that I have been in were well organized and clean. The doctors, as well as the rest of the staff are very personable and make you feel comfortable and at home while under their care. I give this office an A+ rating. Go try them out and i guarantee you will feel the same way.

My first experience with Smile Creators was this past summer. My teenage son and I made appointments after the recommendation of a friend. I was very impressed with Dr. Huynh and the entire staff, especially Keisha! They were friendly, efficient, and very professional. After my first visit, I required a couple more visits for some extensive and long overdue dental work. Dr. Huynh made sure I understood everything that was happening and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the procedures. I recommend Dr. Huynh and his staff without hesitation!

Very nice, clean building and staff was very helpful with all of my questions. Made sure I knew that there was payment plans and options up front. Really wonderful experience. The entire staff is pleasant and experienced. Doctors are knowledgeable, friendly and very informative.
