By far the WORST dental experience Ive ever had!! I went in for a filling on 08/05 because they insisted I needed to replace my filling. Before the procedure I was NOT experiencing any pain, a week later and I was in tremendous pain from the procedure. The pain is so horrible it wakes me up @ 3 or 4 am and the only thing that helps are 800mg ibuprofen. I went back to Dr. Bryan Debowsky on 08/11 and both him and the nurse tried to convince me that its normal to have soreness after a filling. I know the difference btwn soreness and excruciating pain (which cause a headache). Ive also notice he CREATED a space (separation) btwn my teeth that wasnt there before and its very annoying when food keeps getting stuck there. Dr. Debowsky is now saying Ill need a root canal, after charging me for the filling 2 wks ago. I think they are only in this for the money and this was his mistake and he doesnt want to admit to his wrong doing. This is highway robbery!!!

I had awful experience here. It was a waste of my time and I did not even get a single thing done here after waiting two weeks for my appointment after I called to try to set up a appointment. All I wanted to get done was a full mouth X-ray to see what work I needed to get done to fix my teeth. I come in today and they tell me I need to see a different doctor to get that done and make another appointment which means a longer wait after I already waited two weeks just for that appointment. To be such a big chain dentist office they sure make you wait such a long time to see them and they are advertised in urgent care centers if you have any teeth pain. By the time you see them you could be dead. Then they had uped the prices than what i was told over then phone. Ive done my research of dentist around the area and they are by far the worst prices around the Mcdonough area. Needless to say I am still here in pain , still waiting to get my teeth fixed.

My first visit was last week for cleaning and x-rays with Alison and exam with Dr. Hays. Her and Dr. Hays made for a very pleasant visit. I had not been to the dentist since last September and that was a terrible experience with a new dentist whom I never went back to! Need less to say I was gun shy walking in the door. My second visit was this past Saturday with Dr. Hays and Connie for build up on a tooth in preparation for a crown. Again I was pleased, even the needles didnt hurt! Dr. Hays explained everything he was doing before he did it and Connie did an excellent job assisting! Each time the ladies in the front office have been friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone!

My visit here was a very pleasant one. I will be returning. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they really make you feel welcomed. Upon my arrival, I was very nervous because it had been some time since I last visited a dentist. However, the staff smiled and welcomed me as if I was a member of the family. As I went back to have the procedure done and meet the doctor, all of my nervousness dissipated because the doctors were just a friendly as the other staff members. I highly recommend this office if you need great dental care.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, helpful, and great at their jobs! I was nervous about having a gum graft in the first place, but all of the people in the office helped to put my mind at ease. They showed genuine care and concern for me and I greatly appreciated it. I would utilize this office for more if it were only closer to me (I traveled about 1.5 hours to get to the office - which they also took into consideration when scheduling my appointments). Great staff, highly recommended!

If i could give negative stars i would. They have awful customer service. They cant communicate with the insurance companies correctly and overcharge for everything. The routine teeth cleaning procedure is mediocre at best and the dentist spends less than a minute checking the oral hygienists work. Go across the street to Aspen Dental for superior service and care. This dental office will only offer you a subpar dental experience and months worth of paperwork headaches afterwards.

Im not a fan of dentist but I felt very at ease from the moment i walked in the door. Everyone was very welcoming and my anxiety quickly decreased. The visit with the dentist was great as they explained everything to me allowing me to ask as many questions as I needed too. They ensured me they would make my procedure as comfortable as possible. I look forward to using dentfirst in the future for all my dental needs. Thanks for me making me feel like family.

I had my wisdom teeth removed today by Dr. Wakefield and words can not express how satisfied I am with my whole proceedure. I was so nervous (even at my consult) but especially he day of the surgery and every single person I came in contact with was so re assuring that everything would be fine and overall genuinely sweet. I wan to thank this office SO much for my expirence with a surgery I have been dreading for so long.

I normally dont do reviews, however this is an exception. I have dentophobia, I dont see a nice clean dental office, I see a torture chamber. Fear, of swollen bleeding gums after my dental cleaning. Needless to say "Mrs. Barreto, R.D.H. "The Hygienist" a very kind lady, professional, understanding, and was very delicate. I left the office with a feeling of "RELIEF". I will definitely go back! Thanks!

This is a great dentist office. I had my orthodontic treatment done by Dr. Salyer. His work is phenomenal and I even got out of my braces earlier than projected. I always receive compliments on my smile and refer people to DentFirst because of the results from the treatment. And the front office staff is always friendly and they make sure to stay on schedule with their appointments!

My visit was a awful situation, on my first visit i had xrays done to confirm the teeth that i desired to have pulled, 2 weeks later on the day of surgery, they pulled the wrong tooth. I could not understand how this could have happen. Be careful people, to be sure that this doesnt happen to you. I will never go to another dentfirst, it was the worse day of my life.

Never a dull moment when you go to this office. All the ladies here make you feel welcome. They not only work to brighten your smile, but they make it so you cant help but smile. Every doctor I have seen has been awesome and does great work. I moved to Atlanta and still make the drive down to this location because they are completely worth it.

I LOVE going to the dentist now! This is a great place. I know kids must love it! Everyone is kind, warm, and happy. I am always smiling when I leave. They only do they brighten my smile, but they brighten my day as well!

The staff is superb! Highly recommend Dent 1st. My hygienist Carolina is phenomenal. She never rushes, very friendly, and I always leave feeling like I have a brand new smile. The office is very clean & pleasant. Love them!
