These people are great to work with. Everyone is nice. Its comfortable. They actually work with your insurance company, unlike some other places that claim to. My wife went to a place that claimed to accept our insurance, but when we got the bill they basically charged us for everything the insurance didnt pay above and beyond the negotiated rate. Total Smiles accepts the negotiated rates (at least with Metlife). They even wave the co-pay for sealer because its not as involved as a filling. All in all, I couldnt be happier, and now my wife is making an appointment with them. Also, when our children need to go to the dentist, they will be going to Total Smiles.

Stay FAR, FAR, FAR away from this dentist. She ruined my daughters tooth, ended up needing a root canal and crown at 14, which she didnt do right either, wont refund my money after I had to take my daughter someone else and pay up front for the services! New dentist said she is an absolute hack and I wouldnt take my DOG there for work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience. I had a complete phobia of going to the dentist, and hadnt been in a long time. I had a lot of work that needed to be done.They never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed. They even did some of the work right after my cleaning. I would recommend this office to everyone!!!! Thank you total smiles for making me feel comfortable, and helping with my anxiety.

The office is in the hands of new management. The new team is excellent. The front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist and the assistants are very helpful and take time to answer my questions. They are PPO provider with my dental insurance company and that saves me a lot of money. Give them a try. You will be as satisfied as I am.

Dr. Scherr did my lower crown back in April. It was quick and virtually painless! Definitely a good thing, since my pain tolerance is minimal! Would recommend! I also had a cleaning from their Hygienist Janet who was also wonderful! I think the whole staff is really helpful and willing to help any way they can.
