Note this comment was for the staff there two years ago...unfortunately we moved but we recently decided we may need to consider the fifty plus mile trek back up there for the other children. We searched for a long time for a dentist that would allow my husband to sit with our super shy son during the treatment. He is such a sweet behaved little boy (our middle child) that we knew someone would have to speak up for him during the dental visit (he needed some major dental work...those pesky genes...smile). I knew on the phone this was the place for us!! I called and they were so nice. It was no problem having one of us back there. As long as we were quiet and not disruptive to the treatment, our son could be calm with the knowledge one of us were there. Our son even spoke up when they asked him questions according to my husband. I can not thank Dentistry for Children enough. Only criticism is the arcade game system in the waiting room was not in working order for the waiting siblings, but we brought some entertainment for them to share (movie player).

I have been looking for a dentist for my kids, and after a couple of really lousy experiences elsewhere, I am delighted to find this place! They are so welcoming to kids as well as parents. I was invited to go in with my kids, and we were given a tour since this was our first visit. The staff (EVERYONE) was friendly and professional. The dentist, Dr. Lisa, was great. She spoke with me after examining each of my kids, and took time to answer my questions. I am thrilled to find such a great dentist for my kids nearby. Wish I could go there too!

We have consistently had excellent experiences here. My son came in for his first cleaning at 3, and the staff is, across the board, friendly, kind, reassuring, and very, very competent. The entire office is decorated in a child-friendly manner, complete with free arcade games for bored siblings amd a prize wall for good behavior. We love it here, and my son actually *likes* going to the dentist, thanks the these amazing folks.

While the kids are never jumping for joy over going to the dentist, Dr. Charlie and Dr. Lisa definitely help make the experience the best it can be. Both my husband and I appreciate their easy booking and comprehensive online resources. Thanks to them, my daughter is absolutely infatuated with the ToothFairys twitter feed as well! Still, Ill admit that this new obsession is definitely keeping well brushed and rinsed!

Poor customer service especially staff at front desk, and they penalize customers for missing an appt for all future appts.
