Although I am not one to often leave a review, I always wish there were more on dentists and their true work ethic... so I will share my honest experience with this practice. Ive had various work done here from cleanings, fillings, crown. And the staff as well as Dr. Veena Bhat seemed nice as long as I did not voice my opinion (or better yet, before I got a second and third opinion). They were very smiley and appeared pleasant, complimenting my work outfits and shoes (gets annoying after some point when you realize its fake and repetitive). But after a repeat visit when I was told Id need 11 fillings (which were not thoroughly explained by the way) I went to get another doctors opinion who only saw one needing work, looking into x-rays and all. When I came back to Dr. Veena Bhat and kindly asked to just have this one particular tooth filling done for now, her whole demeanor changed- she told me SHE was the professional who knows WHAT is Best for ME and what WILL last longer term and WHEN its best to do it... I couldnt believe my ears. Shouldve walked out right there but since she did agree to go ahead and start on the filling for that one small cavity, I stayed in my seat and unknowing let her drill giant holes through my tooth. And in several minutes she told me there is no way this tooth will support a composite filling and will without a doubt need a CROWN. So she was getting her anger and frustration out on me and was determined to get her moneys worth because I dared disobey and not follow the scheduled treatment plan for 11 fillings. Oh and she tried to look genuine, professional, and convincing- even got out a digital tooth camera to show me all those giant holes [she had just purposely drilled] in my tooth so Id either walk out with a half missing tooth or have no other choice but to agree to getting a crown. Yes, I had insurance but even with insurance dental work and crowns are expensive for the average American! But there are unethical dentists out there who DO come up with and assure you of FALSE unnecessary treatment in order to take advantage of you and/or your insurance. This has been one of those, so I warned you BEWARE. I wish this wasnt my story and I didnt have to leave a low rating but honesty, patience, and good work ethic should prevail. Of course after that experience I have found another dental practice which I am happy with. People, trust your instincts and when it doesnt feel right, get a second professional opinion or just RUN away!

I must admit Im huge on reading reviews but rarely write them. I always feel before I spend my hard earned money Id like to see what other customers/ consumers have to say. A couple weeks ago 2 of my front teeth broke. Im a 37 year old woman whose usually very confident in the way I look but missing teeth ended that. I made a appointment with the first dentist that popped up online which was Aspen Dental which ended up being a huge waste of my time and money. The only thing they did was take x-rays. The Doctor never gave me an exam and first thing he said to me was I need to get all my teeth pulled and get dentures... I immediately broke down crying and was told that the office was not a place to be crying. I seriously left feeling so broken and like my life was over. I finally started researching the dentist in my area and after calling about 25 I found Dr. Bhat and her lovely staff at North Fulton Smiles. From the telephone conversation I knew I was going to be in good hands and there were options for me. I honestly cant put into words the phenomenal job these ladies did on me. I was able to get a partial and veneers on my natural teeth at a great cost. Im a mother of 5 so every penny counts. Dr. Bhat and Camia work hand in hand and make a great team. I cant express how happy I am and how I honestly feel like I have my confidence back. Thank you Dr. Bhat, Camia and everyone else at North Fulton Smiles for allowing me to feel like a beautiful woman again and giving me my smile back.

The team at North Fulton Smiles (Roswell, GA) are not just my one stop for dental care, they are family. So dependable and reliable that I call them 1st before talking to the benefit dept. at HR to decide which plan to take. You see same set of professional yet friendly faces year after year, which shows "staff retention", an attribute of a successful and honest practice. This practice has invested time and money to leverage technology while transforming the way dental hygiene shall be done. I can go on for ever, but this is one practice I can recommend (and have recommended) to my family and friends with firm belief that new patients will get the best - best value of their money/insurance plans, best professional services and above all - the personal attention that makes you come back again and again. Special shout out to my hygienist -Alejandra who goes beyond her line of duty to keep me on straight line and keep me healthy:). Dr Bhatt, Diane, Dawn and everyone at this practice are just exceptional ..and they are family!!

I was in search of a dentist and North Fulton Smiles was referred to me by one of their employees. I am so glad I chose this dentist office. Not only is it convenient because its not far from where I live but all of the ladies in the office are simply delightful from the patient concierge to the dentist herself, Dr. Bhat! I love the professional atmosphere with all of the latest in technology! And the cherry on top of the cake is that the ladies are very friendly and down to earth! You can have conversations and laugh with them as well as ask questions about your oral health! Its the best of all worlds! No more going to the dentist and feeling uptight, nervous or scared. A visit at North Fulton Smiles will definitely have you doing part of their title: ALL SMILES!!!!!

Dr. Bhat was the first dentist Ive visited since moving to Ga. She came as a referral and Im happy that I did and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking for a true professional- Great dentist! Gentle, smart, and knowledgeable. She is a perfectionist (which is what you want)...and she is up to date with the latest techniques and technology. Dr. Bhat sure knows her stuff and I have full confidence in her! Her staff is very pleasant and I love the way they work and treat their patients! Its sometimes hard to relax when you have to go to the dentist but they make you feel comfortable. North Fulton Smiles is the best!!!!

I have been going to this dental practice for eight years. The dentists, dental hygienists, and support staff have changed over the years but it has been a consistently excellent experience for whatever treatment I have needed. The current staff is knowledgeable, very willing to explain everything, flexible with scheduling appointments, and very friendly. They are also excellent with follow up. The staff makes going to the dentist, what could be a harrowing experience to many, quite bearable. Also, the office has the most up-to-date equipment. I highly recommend North Fulton Smiles.
