Weve been to quite a few dentists in Cincinnati and this one is my favorite. My kids have been patients here for five or six years. The care is excellent and they go above and beyond to make it a fun experience for the kids. My kids will ask to go to the dentist when its not time yet for an appointment b/c its so fun. Their appointment was today (Monday), and theyve been asking me every day since Friday if its time to go yet. When my son heard today was the day he said, "YESSS!" I love that they love going. Each room is themed, so theres always a surprise, and they guess which room theyre going to get on the way there. The staff is friendly. The kids get to choose a show on the TV during their cleaning and wear sunglasses to guard against the light. They get a token for a good brushing and can redeem a small prize in the lobby on the way out. We have not been to any of the events, but those would help with kids who really need an extra push to get comfortable going to the dentist.

Sea of Smiles is an amazing office with awesome people! Their beautiful office with an array of games and activities is surely attractive to my kids, but the warm and friendly staff is what is comforting to a parent. I saw Dr. John myself when I was younger and now as an adult with children of my own I want them to see him as well. He makes their visits fun and is very kind, and patient with the kids. He takes the time to ask questions and get to know them. He also fills me in too on the good job were doing and any bad or concerns he has for us to prepare for down the road. My kids were both so scared at their first couple dentist appointments, but now they are excited when I show them our reminder postcard has come in the mail! I always tell friends looking for a dentist for their little ones to go to Sea of Smiles, you will love it there!

Sea of Smiles is top notch! The staff is friendly and accomodating, the facility is beautiful and welcoming, and the dentists are extremely trustworty and knowledgeable. I have been bringing my daughter and my special needs son (autism) there to see Dr. Katie for regular cleanings and check ups for 5 years now. Going to the dentist can be scary for any kid, but Sea of Smiles makes it a pleasure. They go above and beyond to help with my son and make the visit as pleasant as possible for him, including letting him watch his favorite cartoon while they work on him (all of the rooms are equipped with TVs for the kids). They are patient, kind, compassionate, and thorough. 2 BIG THUMBS UP!

This place tried to rip me off. My son had six small cavities. The dentist pulled me into a small office and asked that my three children not come in to tell me my son would need to be put to sleep so they could crown some teeth and fill the other teeth with a total bill of $3,000. Yea right...this was the craziest thing I have ever heard so I went back to my regular dentist (Cornerstone Dentist in Norwood) and they took care of my sons cavities for $1,200. So glad I went with my gut. I do not recommend this place to anyone! It is a shame they try to rip parents off because the office was so nice, staff were very friendly and my kids loved the games and slide.

My three sons have been seeing Dr. Katie and Dr. John since they were toddlers. Now, they are 15, 13 and 13 years old. We just had our visit for two of them today, for their dental cleanings, and everything went smoothly, as it always does. Since starting the boys with Sea of Smiles, I have not had any issues getting them there, worrying about behavior, or wondering how the boys dental health was coming along. They explain everything they need to do, to me the parent, and to them. The dental hygienists are the best too! Thank you Sea of Smiles crew!

Love Sea of Smiles and all the staff. My son has white coat syndrome...terrified of any kind of doctor and he is always so excited to go to Sea of Smiles. The staff makes him feel extremely comfortable and does not pressure him at all. My daughter just absolutely loves all the decor and all the staff...they work wonderful with her very outgoing personality. I would highly recommend this to any and all with kids...very kid friendly from top to bottom!!!

I am especially grateful for the way you treat my son who was diagnosed with autism. Your patience with him over the years has helped him gain a new confidence that he can get through a dental cleaning, and he even smiles now as hes able to enjoy all of the encouragement and attention from everyone. I called two weeks ago to get an appointment for my daughter. We dont have insurance and had to use Care Credit to pay for her check up. When we arrived we were told that they were no longer accepting patients! They should have told me that two weeks ago on the phone! Rude and disrespectful to a new patient isnt a great way to spread the word about your company.

Love Sea of Smiles. The staff is always friendly, and the doctors so professional. My children had cavities and needed caps to prevent future cavities. The treatment was easy and relatively painless for the kids, and we have had no more cavities! I have recommended and will continue to recommend Sea of Smiles to my friends, especially Dr. Sarah.

My son had his first appointment today. We were taken back right on time. We were offered to do a tour of the office. The staff was very friendly and did a great job with my son who had never been to the dentist before. We saw Dr. John who was amazing with my son. He answered my questions and didnt seem rushed. Always have a positive experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. My daughter loves going and has no fears of the dentist. They explain things well and do a great job. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist. So thankful to have their office in our community

My almost 2 year old was in today for the second time. He did much better this appointment. The staff is so patient and kind. All steps were explained and tried to get my little guy to play along. I would highly recommend the office to any family.

Great for kids! At the front there is a whole play area for kids to play at. The dental care is great too!
