I used to hate going to the dentist for any reason. I can say after going to Complete Health Dentistry, Ive completely reversed my opinion! Ive had the pleasure of being with most of the staff at some point or another. Ive had a variety of dental issues that needed taken care of from filling caries/cavities to crowns and root canals, and they have handled all of it with high quality care and professionalism. Every single person that works at CHD is amazing! They have the best equipment and know how to use it. They are all very knowledgeable about what theyre doing and continue to stay up to date on the education of oral health and how it affects your overall well-being. They are always willing to discuss things with you, teach you, and make sure you are comfortable. The best part, on top of all this, is that everyone genuinely cares about you as a patient and a person! You will always feel welcome, the smiles are sincere, and its obvious they care both by their words and their actions. I cant single out a particular person because everyone at CHD is talented, compassionate, and does a great job all the way around! I can honestly say I LOVE going to the dentist now. None of us want to have a need to go to the dentist, but I now truly look forward to my cleanings because of Complete Health Dentistry. Even with issues outside of regular cleanings, I look forward to going in! I know Ill be taken care of, they will do a stellar job, and they care about my oral health as well as me as a person. Everyone should be so lucky to have the experience of working with the team at Complete Health Dentistry!

First Ill say I am an actual customer, not an employee, since I know this tends to happen on these reviews. With that out of the way, I have nothing but good things to say about my initial experience with Eric Henize and his stuff. His staff is friendly as could be, interactive, and not intimidating. I have all kinds of issues going on from some years of dumb neglect, and never once did I feel like I was "in trouble" for being in this position. The hygienist was thorough and informative, and had all kinds of new tech to find the bad spots. Never used a laser cavity finder before, or had cleaning done so quickly with a "water canon" where it wasnt so much digging in required with the iron hook. She used a camera on each tooth to show me exactly what i was looking at, which was much appreciated. When I commented that I was giving her a workout, she responded with "nah, I love what I do!" When was the last time you heard that from someone who has to deal with your problems? When the appointment was over I noticed they were very much about the one on one approach, making you feel as comfortable as possible about your issues. This is one big "I dont like the dentist because its embarrassing and I feel like Ive done something wrong" positive that makes you really feel comfortable about your experience and that they want to help ya get back into tip top shape. If youre looking for a dentist, I highly recommend checking these guys out. When I told my wife about this experience and she told her mother, they both had the same reaction of "sign me up!" check em out, youll be glad you did!

Let me start by saying that I actually do work here, however, this review is genuinely how I feel about it from a patients perspective. I have been in dentistry for over 30 years in Il, DC, and now in Cincinnati. Ive been with Dr. Henize and team for the past 10 years! Even though I work there as a hygienist, I also am a patient there! The dentists are REALLY gentle and thats a good thing because Im a wimp as a patient! Thankfully they have laughing gas! The office is aesthetically very clean, beautiful, and relaxing to be in, especially with the water feature, bistro bar with beautiful decor, and nature photos up on the monitors in the treatment rooms. Even as a dental person, I need to find relaxing things when Im the patient and this office truly strives to make that experience great for everyone. These dentists are very comforting and check in with me as they do any work on me to make sure Im doing well. Jennifer has always been my assistant and she is calming, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my needs. So, while people worry about who is writing reviews, I can say that everything here is accurate and I indeed would recommend it because I have worked in dozens of different offices over the years and this one is truly classy.

Dr. Henize and his staff are always wonderful. They are always on time, explain what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable with what is going on. They are also very concerned about your over all health, how it could be affecting your teeth or your teeth affecting your health! Just met Dr. Greiner who is new to the staff and he seems to be a great addition to the practice. By the way I saw your ad on the jumbo-tron at the Cyclones game tonight and my daughter posted a picture of it it to your face book account...an overtime win! Note the pictures of the lobby - the light pole in front of the plants on the table - notice it is a toothbrush (the light is the bristles).

This dental office sets the bar for all dental offices! It is truly patient oriented and you feel pampered through out the whole visit! Starting with sipping on fresh tea or coffee next to their waterfall, to the most wonderful team-especially their hygentist, Tricia-who is so knowledgeable and patient in explaining your whole mouth to you so you perfectly understand the care you need to give it and ending with a bag of goodies and Dr Henize reassuring you they cater to your needs in alignment with what your mouth needs. The office is well educated-up to date on all he latest technological advances and practices. You cannot go wrong-they are simply the best!!

I can not say enough good about Dr. Henize and his entire staff! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and thought of. This was wonderful for me since I was coming in to get work on a tooth that was not cared for properly at another Dentist. Due to the poor care I had previous I was a little nervous about the procedure I was getting done. I was blown away by the gentle, precise and quality care I was given. The payment was more costly than other dentist I have been to BUT it was worth a little more to get it done right and with such care. I am so thankful that I dont have to be a nervous wreck anymore about getting my teeth worked on!

Complete Health Dentistry is the most AMAZING office that I have ever worked at. I am proud to be part of such a hard working team that not only cares about every single one of our patients, but cares about one another as well. The technology and up-to-date instruments, x-ray sensors, cameras, etc. allow me to do my job to the best of my ability and treat my patients the RIGHT way and provide them with the best care possible.
