I recently had what I considered to be a dental emergency and Dr Meuselbachs staff scheduled me right in, from that point on Im a patient for life. They are all very professional and personable Ive never felt this comfortable in a dentists chair. Forget about the pain that people associate with dentistry my root canal was painless. My follow up visit was just as nice as my procedure they dental assistant Vicky was nothing less than perfect she made all the necessary adjustments to make my new tooth feel natural. Dr. Scott is the only dentist that has asked me about my medical history to make certain the proper treatment and medication would be given. Sure they all take your medical history but Dr. Meuselbach noticed something about my history and he made certain I was given the antibiotic that would work best for me with the least amount of discomfort. The office is very centrally located and easy to get to. For anyone thinking the drive might be a little to far its worth the time I promise. The billing department is is as awesome as the medical staff any out of pocket expenses were made to feel less important the my care as it should be. This made me happy to pay every penny I owe. Dr Meuselbach is NOT what I consider expensive and I want to caution anyone to not shop price when dealing with your health. Thank you

Drove from Downtown Cincinnati for 12:30 appointment. At 12:37 I was informed it would be another 15 minutes before a chair was available. At 1:00PM I asked how much longer it would be and was finally taken back soon after. Upon Dr. entering the room he immediately said that he had "told them to reschedule me" and that "he wouldnt be able to get the service I had needed done to today". After suggesting additional service after service, I informed him I was only looking to get my front tooths cap replaced. He then told me I would be better off going to West Chester Urgent Dentists.I can assure you I will not be returning nor suggesting them to my friends, everything from the receptionists to the Dentist were off-putting. Definitely not the same practice that Dr. Buchholz and Mary were a part of.

Every time I have been to Dr Meuselbachs office it has been a very good experience. I am not one that likes to go to the dentist but as I told the staff today, "I love you all but not my favorite place to be". I am greeted and treated professionally and like I am the only patient Dr Meuselbach has. His demeanor is professional and very caring. He always makes sure I am comfortable and asks if I need anything. He talks and tells me everything he is doing throughout my dental procedure. Dr Meuselbach and his staff are the best!! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist.

Dr. Meuselbach and his staff were extremely patient with me and explained everything very thoroughly, including procedures and all fees. They were so friendly, made me feel completely calm and werent condescending at all! They answered every question I had (some multiple times for clarity) and didnt rush me one bit. I cannot stress enough how important this is for someone who was nervous about going to the dentist for the first time in a few years - oops. I will be going back regularly and would recommend their office to anyone.

Excellent!!!! I avoided the dentist for many years. My cardiologist insisted I take better care of my teeth. I reluctantly scheduled with Dr. Scott and psyched myself out before my appointment. I almost cancelled. Ultimately, I had a great experience. Dr. Scotts staff made me feel comfortable and explained things in terms I could understand. I now have braces and Dr. Scott has been in contact with my orthodontist as well as my cardiologist...Above and Beyond my expectations....Excellent and Compassionate Care.

I hate going to the dentist and so I definitely dont keep up with it like I should. But I had a great experience at Meuselbach Family Dental. I dont think Ive ever had such a thorough cleaning and exam and everything was explained to me beforehand. All my questions and concerns were addressed and I left feeling confident in my teeth and my ability to keep them in good shape. Very clean and nice facilities- appreciated having a TV to look while my teeth were being cleaned.

Dr. Meuselbach and his staff, are truly outstanding! . Whether its his receptionist, the billing dept, the hygienist, or the staff for the unfortunate major work: they all very knowledgeable in their fields and make you feel very comfortable and stress free. . Scott is sooooooper awesome and the staff really put forth an effort to please you and make you feel right t home. I mean seriously, after Hermey the dentist and his misfit toys, this place has the best staff in the entire northern hemisphere. I just love the decor of the new office, I mean it feels like Chip and Joanna Gaines just came right in from Texas and set up shop. One word - Shiplap! Keep up the good work guys!

I have been a patient of this practice for about 30 years I think. It was once Dr. Robert Buchholz and Dr. Meuselbach took it over a few years ago. Although the personnel have changed over the years, they remain a very friendly and caring group you can trust to always have your best interests at heart when in comes to you dental health.
