This St. SIMONS ISLAND GA facility is nothing short of one of the finest of Physical Therapy facilities. The staff is very friendly - from the front desk to the therapy section. The Physical Therapy staff is very knowledgeable and willing to work with every patient so that each session yields the greatest benefit. Their attitude toward the patient and toward each other is commendable. Concern for the patient is paramount, ensuring that each patient is comfortable and their abilities to do a certain task is not exceeded. Their progress is monitored all along the way and recorded so that everyone is aware of each patients issue(s) and their degree of improvement. The 3 therapists who were mostly involved with my improvement were Langley (awesome!), JeJe (awesomer!) and Kendra (awesomest!). They made the entire experience a joy - not exactly what I had expected when I first embarked on this physical therapy journey.

I shattered my wrist and had distal radius surgery. I was really discouraged by my lack of range of motion. I feel like Kendra and Edward gave me my hand back!! They are both encouraging and professional but also warm and funny. Kendra knew my level of determination and was always pushing me to go a little further. This gave me confidence to continue my exercises at home and really push myself. Kendras extensive experience gave me the assurance that I was not going to re injure myself. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing group of therapist. I know without doubt, I would not have had such a positive outcome without them. I going to miss seeing them!

Following "Rotator Cuff" surgery I needed many months of therapy; Advance is the place to go. The entire staff from the front office to all the therapists are absolutely professional and neighborly. My rehab went well primarily because I enjoyed going to Advance Rehab in St Simons. Dr. Dan Allcott was pleasant, soft yet direct and to the point when I needed to do something a little different in my therapy, I actually looked forward to going and in a strange way miss my time there. I achieved a full recovery!!

David and his entire staff are outstanding! I entered therapy in a wheel chair and had to use oxygen 24/7 from an unexpected illness. I recently completed therapy and can walk, exercise and continue on with my life without the use of oxygen. In particular, Kendra keeps all patients motivated and makes therapy something to look forward to instead of dreading it! This is definitely the premier center for any patients physical therapy needs.

The team at Advance Rehabilitation is great all the way around. Dan was my therapist for two serious, separate (unrelated) issues a year apart---bad back and torn knee cartilage. Dan and all the PT assistants--Amanda, Lindsay, Rachel and the rest--provided expert care and Dan gave me a home exercise program as well. The atmosphere is fun and the employees are experienced, enthusiastic, caring, and interested in making you well.

In for post-surgery PT, disc. Professional, caring staff - all with great attitudes that radiates to the patients. Excellent facilities, friendly, almost family atmosphere from the front office to those providing a heating pad for the "cool down" closing out of timely sessions. Between checking in and out, Brant was my primary, professional PT "pusher, handler, and healer." Five Stars to all!

A medical procedure in Savannah unexpectedly resulted in a stroke affecting my right side. While my right leg recovered quickly, my right hand and arm proved to be slower to recover. Advance Rehabilitation picked up the physical therapy and I can honestly say my right arm/ hand improved each week. Its getting there and the program at Advance Rehabilitation gets all the credit.

My therapist, Daniel Allcott, is incredibly knowledgeable and very good at imparting his knowledge to his patients. If you do the exercises they give you on a regular basis, you should get the same excellent results I have.

Went to this facility not expecting any help/improvement but I was very desperate as I tried various chiropractors, other therapists, etc. with no help.I suffered with this pain for almost a year and must admit that after just a few sessions there was a significant improvement. I expect to have my problem eliminated in a few more sessions.
