The therapists are indeed friendly and polite, however the management side of this business is terrible and please think twice before you get carried away with the $19 first visit fee and sign their contract! You will not get any good customer service or whatsoever if you are unsatisfied or for any other reason! Out of 3 months, I have only been there 3 times and they have first promised a refund and it never happened! I will follow up with BBB on this because this is not how people do business and keep good reputation of it! Very poor customer service!

This place is fantastic. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly sides of chiropractic and I have to say, this is the best experiences I have had. Monthly plans are very affordable and the hours are fantastic. I have been going regularly for a couple of months and never had to wait more than 3 min to be treated. The doctors are very good and have done wonders with my back and neck pains. Would recommend to anyone looking for relief.

My review is based on the service quality compared to the other few locations Ive visited in the past few years. I asked for recommendations and things to be careful with after my adjustment, the chiropractor did not care to explain a thing to me. Her attitude and service quality were nothing like what she provided to the customers before and after me. Compared to the other locations, its just a 2-star service.

I had a terrible back injury and had been to a chiropractor several times and my pain was never alleviated even a little bit. I went one visit to Dr. Peters office and was hooked! With every visit I got better and better. I now am back to 100% and even made my 1st trip to the gym last week after 9 months of not being able. Dr. Peter saved my life!!!! I can never thank him enough! Definitely THE BEST!!!

Price is low thus they just have the basics. They have no drop table or massage table or tens unit. I have gone to many different types of chiropractors in order to not live on prescription meds.. One had a special big machine to do adjustments on my neck. They dont have any extra equipment but still their adjustments are very good. I have referred a friend to them.

Dr. Peters is amazing. I have trouble with seizures and chronic back pain due to disc disease. Within a few adjustments, I was moving around fluidly again and my seizures had become less frequent. Everywhere I go now, I am always referring friends and family to The Joint! I love this group more so than any other small chiropractor I have ever been to in my life!

This place is great! I had horrible vertigo and after the first treatment, it was a lot better. The second treatment did the trick! Dr and front desk person are both friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!!!!
