I have had a membership with the company for a while, but then decided to cancel when I got a job at a chiropractic office. I no longer needed the services so I completed all the steps in getting my membership canceled. I still have all my paperwork showing that I canceled and the staff assured me there would be no more charges. However 4 months later they are still charging me. I have contacted the staff and complained about the level of dishonestly and the payments they have been withdrawing my account. She agreed that I had completed all the paperwork to cancel my account, but something didnt happened on their end to complete this task. The staff is nice enough, but honestly I do not recommend doing a membership chiropractic place!! Its not worth the headache that you will have months later still trying to get my money back and these charges reversed.

I went with a friend and according to him, he feels much better than when he went in - so the actual service is good. But...the reason for the low rating is the interaction between the chiropractor and the receptionist. I felt bad for her - it seemed like he was really creepy and pervy and was hitting on her. It was not professional at all. I felt dirty just sitting there listening to him. If I had been the client, I would have walked out. She was trying to be professional and do her job.

My husband comes here often and has always had a great experience. They have monthly memberships that are super cheap, you dont even need health insurance. He never has to wait and their hours are better than any other chiropractor in the area. Even open on Sundays! Very helpful when you have a sudden pain. Highly recommend!

I have used this place since January, and my migraine that used to happen every two to three days a week is completely gone! It takes less than 10 minutes from walk in the office to get out, and no appointment needed! Once I am out of the town, I just go to other Joint offices which is basically everywhere!

I like the joint but the guy with a shaved head I saw today was a waste. Overall I like the joint and have been going for 2 years but this guy needs to find a new job. His mind set was get them in and out as fast as he can and had no regard for me as a person or customer

I love that this place is open 7 days a week, unlike some other locations. They have multiple price options and you are in and out within 15 minutes. This is an easy way to take a few minutes out of your week to focus on tour health.
