Well I have to say if you are looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about you and your wellness Dr. DeCarlo is the person for you. I have been a patient for over 14 years and over my life have only trusted two chiropractors to ever adjust on me. I am sure there must have been some undisclosed circumstances around why Dr. DeCarlo didnt take this person back as a patient. I know personally there have been a few times over the years that I have had to get treated by another chiropractor. He has never stopped seeing me because of this factor when I came back to into his office. In fact, quite the opposite he has always said the most important thing is that I make sure I am getting adjusted to keep myself in a health state. I would encourage you to check his practice out. You will not be disappointed. I would not have stuck with Dr. DeCarlo for over 14 years if he wasnt doing something right and if he wasnt treating me with both kindness and compassion.

When my wife called today and asked if Dr. DeCarlo could see her, because of the pain shes experiencing, he refused to give her care. His reason? She had previously been a patient but had "left the practice." It didnt matter that her reasons for looking elsewhere were entirely practical, wanting to find a Chiropractor nearer our new home. DeCarlo has a personal policy to refuse service to people who quit his practice. So when the arrangements with a new doctor fell through, and she asked to be seen, she was left to continue suffering due to what seems a matter of pride for DeCarlo. The doctor failed to provide an adequate reason for denying a pregnant woman, in pain, his care. In the interest of full disclosure, my wife was pleased with the service provided until this happened. Its unfortunate to leave on such a needlessly sour and offensive note.

I have been seeing Dr. DeCarlo for nearly 11 years as a patient--it has been mostly for maintenance, but when I do have a subluxation, it is resolved usually within the first visit. Hes seen me through 3 pregnancies and is also now adjusting all three of my kids, ages 5, 2, and 5 months. Im not sure I wouldve survived some of those pregnancies without regular chiropractic care, and Dr. D always listened to how I was feeling and adjusted me accordingly. Chiropractic care is so important and its great to have a wonderful chiropractor to go to! :)

I have no idea the extent of his knowledge and ability to apply it to his patients but my poor experience was with his poor personality. This just happened. Me: "Hi, I was just calling to see if there was an email address I could ---" (He cut me off) Him: "Who is this??" Me: "Oh, Im sorry my name is Jake.. (awkward pause) ... I just finished school and want to get some experience with a chiropractor." (Dial Tone) Im not quite sure at what point he hung up the phone on me. Rude + Rude

Ive seen a few chiropractors in my lifetime and I thought they were pretty good until I moved to Smyrna. I was referred to Dr DeCarlo, he is definitely the BEST chiropractor that Ive seen so far, he is very passionate and thorough at his job, the staff is wonderful too. I truly look forward to getting my treatment and the results are excellent, highly recommend, will not be disappointed.

Dr. DeCarlo and his office staff are the best. He has gotten my spine healthy after a couple years of neglect, and a series of treatments cleared my 4-year-olds double ear infection and allowed fluid to drain without having to give her antibiotics. Thanks for giving us such great care!
