the question system that they use is highly annoying. the "triage" process takes 10 minutes and its always the same crap every single time. we usually dont wait that long in the lobby, but waiting in the room for the doctor can easily reach an hour. we have two children that are 15 months apart. you would think that a pediatrician would have sense enough to know that a child cooped up in any confined space is hell on earth. particularly when the benches are straight from Helgas House of Pain and you generally dont want your children plundering in everything. She has no help from a PA or other physician. Our oldest just turned 3, and we will not be going back to her with that child. we are still considering other resources for our 2yo. honest opinion? find another physician. she will criticise you one visit for giving too much juice and then the next time, contradicts herself saying they need more than youre giving. i have tried answering their questions with the answers they want to hear.... its never the right answer.... and when she tells you "that" time, its always the only acceptable answer.

I just had my first baby and I went to her because the hospital picked her for me she keep making comments about how light my baby was she even went as far as asking me is her father a different race and what his skin complexion was to make matters worse my bsby started to cry instead of her asking me for her binky she put her finger in my kids mouth and let her suck it completely unsanitary as well as flat out nasty

Always clean and sanitized. Nice courteous staff members. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always seen in a timely manor and treated with decency and respect.
