My Doctor was courteous, and caring. So far I have not had to wait long to see my doctor for my appointments, which is important to me. I cannot stand it when I have an appointment, at a doctors office, an am made to wait a long time. My time is just as valuable as the doctors time. The Nurse Practitioner, Mary, is a bit condescending in her manner. However, I feel that she is simply a bit inexperienced in beside manner. Im sure over time she will get better. It is a bit odd to have someone talk to you in third person. ;-) The office is absolutely stunning, with a saltwater aquarium as a center piece. The exam rooms etc. are all very clean and sanitary. The in house lab is a great time saver, and the lab staff is great. The office staff in general is very professional. The only negative is their response time to faxes, and phone messages. A bit disappointing when everything else runs so smoothly. But overall I do recommend this business.

I have been visiting this office for 5 years and I just cant handle it anymore . Every physician, PA, NP that I have like leave in under 1 year. When my last NP left I was not told until I showed up for my appointment - I cancelled my appt b/c I was slotted into see an MD who thinks he doesnt need to listen to his patients and orders expensive and unnecessary testing. So I went back to see the new NP who is taking notes from the aforementioned MD and didnt feel it was necessary to treat my pain - she stated that after 2-3 days my pain should be improved and I didnt need more pain meds. The pain meds I asked for were non-narcotic by the way. Time to move on and find a medical group that is actually compassionate and listens to their patients.

Worst experience ever. When scheduling an appt. Im told they have a "10 minute grace period" if a patient is late. I then wait 40 minutes in the room to be seen by the PA, then have to remind the lab tech who is socializing with the girl at the check out desk that a test needs to be completed. I make a phone call to get the lab results and am told that the lab "didnt do the test because the patient was under the age of 18". Im sorry, does the lab dictate the patient care or does the doctor? I am still waiting for follow up lab results that I was told would be available yesterday or today. So disappointed and I will NEVER go back to this supposed medical facility.

If you ever have a serious problem that requires any of the administration to perform requests such as referrals or prescription refills, etc, you are better off finding a smaller doctors office who actually care about the quality they give off instead of the quantity of patients they can fit in their time slots. Their referral line answering machine states, "repeated calls will only delay your callback time." If they have to put this in their message, they obviously dont have a good reputation with call back times. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We have gone here for years and will now be going else where after 5 phone calls about being charged $40 extra for a wellness visit we were told that if you answer yes to any question during your wellness exam Ie. yes I get heart burn you can/will be charged extra ("according to the law") according to our insurance company its unethical! And we agree- you want to charge me $40 extra for listening to an answer to a question you asked- PLEASE! You can screw someone else!

Great office and location but dont attempt the phone system they have its the dumbest thing I think I have ever experienced. The only human you can get is for appointments otherwise you have to have a pre existing online account with them to get refills and stuff. Thats a one star pain in my ass for sure, no one enjoys robots expecially ones who tell you to basically go away and do it yourself. Not good customer service at all.

I think Dr. Deavens does an outstanding job with my care. My husband and I (and one other family member) go to hiim for our medical needs. Hes honest and very easy to talk to. The facility is great and I dont have to wait long and I like that I can get my results in a timely manner online. Overall I would reccommend this facility.

Can never get anyone to talk to you in person, If you call the nurse line take 3 days before someone calls you back! Horrifying to know if you need medication but they order the wrong ones you might end up dead! They show no concern to the patients and its sad that the Doctors have no idea whats going on to their patients!

I saw the PA, Mary Cox, who was knowledgeable, caring and displayed a pleasant demeanor. Everyone, from the girl at the front desk to the lady at the check out desk, and everyone in between was a pleasure.

Have been at the Woodstock location twice this year year as well as other family members. We loved the fact that we can get an appointment the same date, the great service as well as the short wait time. Definitely will recommend this to anyone looking for a primary care doctor.

Great staff. So glad to have Dr. Williams as my primary care physician; can sit down and have a real discussion about health issues. Nurse and technical staff are great and very friendly. Been going to NAPC for nearly ten years; would be lost if I had to go elsewhere.

This place doest care about the patient. Williams is a a.. I had the flu snd he came in and ask me if i had the flu. My respond you tell me your the doctor. He was in the room 5 minutes and walked out when i was still talking. Total Ass.

Nice front desk. Nice nurse. Doctor was EXTREMELY RUSHED and couldnt wait to get rid of me. Its 6 days later and Im still waiting on the results of my blood tests.
