I received the most thorough eye exam of my life, Dr. Kopke listened to my concerns and complaints about my vision and I never before felt a doctor listened so well and addressed my concerns. She was caring and compassionate and gave me the best prescription of my life. The staff was extremely nice and friendly answering all my questions with patience and a great explanation, I never felt like they were selling me anything, but more helping me make the best choice for my needs and wants. When I picked up my glasses and put them on I was able to see in a way I never had before, I felt like a little kid putting on glasses for the first time. I had goosebumps when I put them on and I actually cried in the car, this was a life changing experience.

I called in for an appointment one of the staff member answered and sounded very un professional.I thought I was talking to a gang member instead of a "professional". I went their because we needed my daughters glasses repaired .well.. the doctor himself did not even attempt to help me at all he would just look at them and say he does not carry the frame any more,he didnt even check to make sure or nothing.He didnt even break a sweat.Dont waste your time or your gas go some were else!

I only give 1 start because i have to. I went in to get my sons glasses. i brought in my own prescription because he was seen by an ophthalmologist. He was seen august 5th, I called September 13th to find out about his glasses. The order was never placed. when i made the order again they called back 2 days later waiting on the prescription that they had already taken a copy of and had already lost. in my eyes this is very irresponsible! I will not be coming back again!

Ive always had a troublesome Rx. Lots of wasted money and a drawer full of unused glasses. Dr. Kopke got my prescription right on the money the first time around! I was so pleased with the experience and knowledge of the optician Tamara that I purchased 2 pairs and brought back the family for their glasses also. What a great team of medical professionals!

Tammy is exceptional at customer satisfaction! I have a dilemma with glasses for my grandson. Hes leaving for college b4 his glasses come back. She is going to arrange shipping of his glasses to him at college!! THIS IS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IM TALKING ABOUT!! If I still resided in Illinois Optica would be my permanent eyecare and glasses go to.
