IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS, I WOULD!! SORRY TO WRITE IN ALL CAPS, BUT DR. THOMAS AND HIS STAFF WERE AMAZING! I HAVE TO SHARE MY EXCITEMENT!! I have a min pin that has never truly been socialized with other pets or other people outside of the family and close friend. Dr. Thomas was able to thoroughly exam my baby without any vicious activity from my baby. He educated me on the issues my dog was having, and even recommended some services that will keep my baby healthy for his time on this earth. His staff was amazing, and was not afraid when my baby was hesitant to put the muzzle on! They slowly worked with us and managed to calm him. And, when I was paying out I forgot to bring in my coupon, but I was accommodated and my visit was very reasonably priced. The prices are immaculate!! I am hooked! Cannot wait to take my baby back to see Dr. Thomas!! EVERYONE should go here!!

I took my two newborn kittens after they had a cold for 2 weeks. Dr. Thomas took my call that morning- was SUPER nice over the phone and scheduled a same day appointment. The office appeared very clean and friendly. The technician was very gentle and nice to my kittens who were both stressed out at this point. Dr. Thomas explained things in detail and shared different protection plans they offer. I felt a lot more knowledgeable leaving the office. He even checked to make sure that I left home with literature and care kits. Dont forget to print out your coupon from yelp to get a DEEP discount. I will most definately bring my kitties back here again.

The staff was amazingly caring, our fur baby was very sick and we went to VCA for a 2nd opinion, and were faced with a hard decision. The doctor was compassionate and very thoughtful. A few days after our beloved baby was gone we received an unexpected sympathy card in the mail from VCA animal hospital. It touched our hearts beyond words. The place is immaculately sterile, prices are very reasonable, and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend this place, our other fur babies will start going here from now on.

Everyone there is pretty nice even when pets arent so nice to them which sometimes (actually always) is the case with Luna my pit. Dr. Kyle is amazing and patient with her. He has treated her since she was a few weeks old. Now shes almost three. Two of my dogs are currently their patients. Soon theyll start treating my new addiction.

As someone who has had bad experiences at other vet clinics in general, I can say my pets and I are extremely happy going to VCA. I always go to Dr Tom, and he is awesome with every one of my pets, including my dog, who usually isnt to happy seeing him! Thank you for having such a very nice and respectful staff!

Everyone at VCA Burbank is very kind. They are all animal lovers and they treat my dogs so well. I have been coming here for a few years. They are always super professional. And they prices see very reasonable. Plus they are Pittbull / big dog friendly.

Bad experience with the front desk person named Star when I disputed my payment, she looked annoyed and then proceeded to give dirty looks. The vets never tell me how much each procedure costs and when I go to pay it is always a surprise.

I had an emergency with my pup and they squeezed me in as a walk in. They vets and technicians were all great with my dog who was freaking out. The office is small and cute. This place is definitely my new neighborhood vet.
