My family experienced the most rude and disrespectful service from a representative of Visionworks River Oaks l. She was so rude and aggressive because my husband asked her a question. If a customer doesnt know, you as the representative should be able to articulate the answer clearly and if you dont know, say that. Dont become belligerent and disrespectful to your customer. She literally acted like she wanted to physically fight me because I told My husband lets go because she was rude and dismissive to him. We were subsequently put out by the representative because my husband questioned her response. Ms. Tasha has officially sealed the deal to lose this family as loyal customers. Back to Pearl!

Overcharged, HORRIBLE customer service and the lights went out 3x!!! AVOID this place!! I was in a hurry to get contacts for a trip I had planned and I thought this place should be great because of all the commercials- its not!! The woman attending was rude to us, the lights went out 3x and then they didnt test out contacts to see if they were a good fit.. it turns out they were not!

Not the fastest service, but one of the doctors make up for it. Shes personable and just an overall nice person, although I cannot say the same for her colleague. The difference is like night and day!
