I showed up here 15 minutes early for my 11:15 appointment, in line right in front of me was the person with an 11:30 appointment checking in also(30 minutes early). Nearly half an hour rolls around and they called that person up to finish some paperwork, he sat back down afterwards and 10 minutes later finally at 11:40 he gets called back. I went to the desk to ask why i was skipped and she said he was here first, I stated that my appt was 15 minutes before his and she said "yes but he was 30 minutes early" I fail to see why I should be punished by your incompetency. Next time ill just show up first thing in the morning and youll have to take me as the first appointment, right? Seems to be how your math works..

Yes, the wait was a little longer then I would prefer since we had an appointment but once my son got in to his exam, things went fairly quick. It was our 1st time using Vision Works and staff was very friendly and helpful. Just remember when you complain about waiting that anywhere you go you will have to do the same. Not everyone can be #1, so everyone has to be treated equally.

Appointment set by phone for 145. Showed up just after 130, 15 mins early. At 230 they let in a walkin lady that came in 20 mins after we arrived... Ignorant staff said they had first come first serve. Horrible service, use your time and money elsewhere as they obviously arent interested in quality business at that place.

Waiting going on over 30mins past my appt time, still waiting. I ask one the employees and she says "IDK" Not organized very disappointed with this place, I keep giving this place a chance and it gets worse and worse!!! To spend as much money as I do each time here it isnt worth it...

They have gone from the place we always use for our family of five to someone I dont even want to deal with. Their prices have gone up insanely with no explanation. We are currently looking for another provider. A 10year-old boy should be able to get an exam and glasses under $400!!

My girlfriend and I walked in, no appointment. Got called back rather quickly. Eye exams were very thorough and detailed. Picked out our frames and ordered our glasses. Staff very friendly and courteous. Our experience was great and we will be back.

We have got two pairs of glasses from there Im listening year one of them has got bubbles on the lens and they dont do nothing about it
