Disappointing! Horrible management of patient care. Showed up for appointment that they confirmed 2 days ago to be informed they were not in their office due to floors being redone. Their defense - one call that didnt bother to leave a message to inform me. My previous experiences there were positive, but this time very unprofessional.

We have been long time customers of this place but after this last visit I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere. The older short haired lady in optical was insanely rude obviously someone who shouldnt work with people...if thats the kind of employees they hire I will find another eye clinic before dealing with her again.

I have gotten glasses from them since 2009. I always go there for a frame adjustment and lens cleaning. I recently went there for an adjustment and they noticed scratches on the lens. I was told that I was entitled to a replacement pair of lens for no additional cost to me. I will pick up the glasses tomorrow. Thanks staff.

Prompt appointment times on their part. Was taken back at 4:15 for a 4:30 appointment. Knowledgeable staff, clean office, and overall friendly environment. Been going here since I was in high school. Highly recommend it.

The staff was very nice but the ophthalmologist was very unprofessional rude and arrogant , I was hoping to find a good place close to home but it looks like I will still have to make the drive to Nashville anyway
