AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Seriously. I came here for a routine eye exam so I could reorder my daily contacts. Exam fine, they came in a few days. Whatever. When my supply ran out, I called and asked them to reorder the same supply. I was told it would be a week and a half- weird, but I dealt with it and wore glasses all week. When they arrived, I stopped in to pick them up. They had ordered me monthly contacts in a totally different brand. When I pointed this out, the woman behind the counter wasted no time in flipping out . She screamed and banged on the counter immediately saying it wasnt her fault, she just follows the sheet. Yes, they keep paper records. I would like to point out that I neither swore nor raised my voice to her- just said the order was incorrect and expected them to say "oh, sorry, well get the correct ones." Instead, she turned red and got in my face yelling about me "making waves" or something. The doctor came out, looked at the sheet and said he hadnt written the brand down- it was someone who was out of the office that day. He just wrote the prescription information. His explanation was "sometimes the guy who does the ordering suggests weekly or monthly ones because theyre cheaper. Maybe he wrote those down instead." I pointed out that I had been wearing the dailies for months and they should have some sort of record of my order... the response to this was "Well, any business makes mistakes. You should have brought your receipt." He then shrugged his shoulders, again said "I only do the prescriptions" and went back into his office. The woman (who is apparently the owner) continued to chastise me about their own error in writing down the wrong brand. As I continued (somehow still remaining relatively calm) to tell her this is not what I had received previously, she became more and more agitated, eventually telling me to get out of the store and that she wouldnt help me. I managed to call the doctor back out, who gave me a pair of the monthly contacts and said I now need to come back five days later to try on samples of the dailies so they could update my prescription, allowing me to order another few months worth. Obviously I wont be ordering through them. Im really looking forward to my follow-up visit. Seriously, DO NOT give this place your business... unless youre some kind of masochist who likes weeks-long order delays, clerical errors and getting screamed at in a Russian accent. Ive never been treated so poorly by a business in my life.

Shouldve trusted my first impression and walked out when I saw how rag-tag this place is on the inside. Went for my first eye exam in 10+ years, and have never worn glasses or contacts. Stated as much during my pre-exam interview but was never offered any information on pros vs. cons of contacts, no explanation of what my prescription meant, etc. I didnt even know if I could take the bits of paper they gave me to another shop to buy the glasses! I was spoken to like I was an idiot when I inquired about contacts, since apparently I needed to request a separate exam? When I came back to select a pair of frames, I had Lisa (I think - dyed red hair) in my face from the moment I walked in the door, offering me unsolicited suggestions and opinions. This was well over the line between attentive and overbearing. I was finally coaxed into a pair that are most definitely NOT unisex. Unbending "store policy" does not allow returns, even when I offered this as their only opportunity to save my future busines. Oh well, expensive lesson learned. Ill just check out one of the three other eyeglass stores I walked past on the way to Superior. Ah yes - forgot to mention that pricing is not clearly indicated anywhere, least of all on my receipt. Im not at all confident that I paid the correct price given my insurance coverage.

They have the rudest staff and doctor ever! I went last year for an eye exam and the doctor actually snapped at me to stop talking! I was only answering a question he had asked!!!! I didnt write review then because I understand everyone has bad days. However, I went in two weeks ago to get my prescription and told the girl behind the counter that I was ordering from 1-800 contact because I had a wedding and needed them shipped there - she told me that shouldnt be an issue. I even made an appointment to have another exam after I got back from the wedding (even though the Doctor is a jerk and very creepy). I received notice from Superior that they rejected 1-800 contacts request to fill my prescription. I call Superior and spoke to the rudest most unprofessional girl (as I can to imagine a women would like such a complete witch to a customer) and was informed that I should have gotten my contacts with them and if I had come in first they would have helped me (I DID GO IN FIRST). When i let her know how in professional she was being I was told they would not give me contacts and to go elsewhere. I was then hung up on! This place is HORRIBLE! There are so many other places in the area to go no one should ever bother with it. You may have had a good experience once, but it wont last.

IF I Could not even give it a star I would. 1st impression mean the world to me and others , it helps you get REPEAT business in fact. Well dont go to Place at ALL Costs. I made an appointment for an Exam relatively simple. The Next day on my way home from work Ioss my wallet or its been taken out my bag.(ok so now im upset and a bit pissed, Ids CCards Insurance card,Money etc. you get the idea.)So I make it home now after realizing this and the 1st thing I do since there is enough time is call the Eye center and say im sorry, Ive had an incident where Ive lost me wallet etc and i really need to reschedule. Im told I need those things ID,Ins card just my SS number.Well still being nice and in a normal tone I say again, Id rather reschedule since I need to got get ID etc. and thats when the Dr goes off on me about being responsible and how appointments are important and my time cant be filled and how this is an inconvience.EXCUSE me I say thats why im calling early so you can fill my appointment and 2ndly I didnt ask to have my wallet taken from my bag or lossed this morning. How rude. Not worth it. Customer service is Poor but you decide

So after the eye doctor rolled his chair up to where his knee was in my crotch, lowered my head so I felt he was placing me in a sexual position, and breathed a foul stench in my face as it was necessary for his cheek to be touching mine, I was told that my right eye was fine..."but wait, its still blurry" - no, he assured me, its fine. I think I would know how well Im seeing. They gave me a shotty prescription, I got 3 headaches in a week and had to return them. Then he blamed it on ME for squinting during the exam. Buddy, you ask us to read lines, Im gonna try my best to read them and if I still cant, you have to account for it. Actually, he didnt just blame me - he yelled at me. "What is it? Better 1 or better 2?" How the f*** can I be so sure. If I say its blurry, keep trying to adjust...its my fault for going there because its so cheap, but the least they can do is hire an eye doctor who doesnt try to yell at you, sexually abuse you, or damage your eyes.
