This is a horrible clinic. I went here for a school physical and although I was seen right away they still take forever. Idk if its bc the computer was slow or what but the dr. sat in a room with me for nearly two hours just clicking on mouse back and forth. I told them I needed a TB test and they said they didnt offer those because ppl dont come back for the second part of the TB skin test. When I made an appt for a physical they shouldve mentioned that and they spelled my name wrong after I spelled it out for them. Went to the lab to get blood work and they had 3 cups of old pee that was supposed to be tested but the lab technician threw them away bc they were from the day before. This is a very unorganized clinic and everyone there moves extremely slow. Only go if its your last result and make sure you go early in the morning.

There good and they do there job & when I got my appointment I go early and I get in before my appointment time everyone get treated like they wanted be treated if they act like there human not like aimals there reason I said that because some people dont know how to act so u get treated like your not there so u wont come back be liked me behaved and get there early before ur appointment u get in before ur time trust because I get in and out . So my people take my word it will work and remember behave we are grown some of us who are take care!!!

They are extra slow everytime I come here, the last time I came here my appt was at 4:45 an I didnt get seen till almost 6 an they told me they was gettin ready to close, on top of that they said they didnt have the shot I needed, so they told me to come back the followin day at 8 clock, which I did, then they tell me the lab tech wont be in till 12, they seem to be so unorganized an I will never go there again, the worst clinic experience I ever had, an I will let everyone know not to go there

This is the worst place ever; I am so displeased with the service I received here recently went to the doctors office Thursday and still have not received my medication order at Walgreen s yet and its Tuesday. Last visit doctor went out of town without even putting my scripts in .The head nurse Mrs. Joanne is excellent at returning calls and processing scripts basically cleaning up others mistakes.I need a better insurance still waiting on referrals. OMG!!!!!!!!!

This is the fourth time up there to go get a physical form filled out (unfortunately I didnt get the name of the woman (with a poor attitude) who told me they dont fill it out because its my employer who does)... hopefully they do it this time because I really need it to start working like a few weeks ago. I give it 2 stars because Ive had some really nice people help me out... but my overall experience with this place is very poor.

Been going here for 6 years. Yes they are slow, but I have a great doctor. I stopped going for a while because some doctors there are not that great but my doctor now and the doctor who left are excellent. They are very slow with referrals, but if you stay on them, they will get it ready before you need it. The care here is excellent but the wait can be long at times. I rather wait than not have good service.

Very unprofessional they dont answer there phones its always busy I never get through to schedule me an appointment and the doctor that I see is rude I tell her to run testes she just prescribe me medication and send me about my way

This is the worse place ever. My appointment was at 10:45am. It is now 12:30 still waiting to see the doctor. It is so sad how the service in black neighborhoods is so bad. This like being at the county hospital. So dam sad.

This has got to be the worse place ever. Ive been sitting here waiting on a letter I was suppose to receive 3 weeks ago and yet Im here. Been waiting over two hours and have not been helped. Smh...please do something about this

Ridiculous service. So slow. Ive had to reschedule my appointment a couple times because issues on their end. I have had to wait over an hour just for check in. And even when you go to the back theyre another 20-30 min. wait.
