I have been seeing Dr. Renn since I moved to Chicago in 2012. I have recommended him to all of my friends, and recommend him to you. There was a point where I changed insurance, and he was not covered under that provider. I went to another chiropractor during that time, and had such a mediocre experience, I went straight back to Dr. Renn. Id rather pay cash out of pocket for the care he provides than pay a co-pay at any other place. His staff is beyond friendly and in tune to my needs. Anne, the office manager is a machine and keeps that place together. She is so very flexible with my travel and work schedule and is always accommodating when I have a meeting run late into the evening and I need to reschedule my appointment. Colleen is the best massage therapist I have EVER seen. Ive told Dr. Renn he better NEVER let her go, and Ive told her that if she ever leaves, she better tell me where shes going because I will follow. If I had the means, I would hire her as my personal therapist. She gets me feeling tip top shape. Each person on staff has the heart of a teacher. I ask a lot of questions. I want to know what the machines are, how they work, what theyre doing, how theyre helping me, what the procedures are, what is being adjusted, and what Im paying for. Each step of the way Dr. Renns team answers my questions, and they make sure I understand the answers. Anne will even go through my EOBs line by line with me and compare them to my bills. If youre reading this, you obviously need chiropractic care and are looking for someone. GO HERE. NOW.

I started seeing Dr. Renn in October 2016. I was in severe pain from neck to knee and getting worse. Before seeing Dr. Renn, I spent two years and thousands of dollars trying to find out why I was in so much pain. I saw an orthopedic specialist, a rehabilitation doctor, a pain doctor and two other chiropractors and had been through months of physical therapy at a premier rehabilitation center. I was told my problem was chronic pain and that there was no hope of recovery. I was offered narcotics to control the pain. But I was not willing to give up. After every failed attempt to find an answer, I would go through a couple months of hopelessness and then pick myself back up again to look for a new solution. Thats how I came across Dr. Renn. The first time I saw him, he told me what he suspected the problem was and sent me for a scan. As soon as we got the scan results and found out that he was right, we were able to correct the underlying problem, and I improved dramatically. I am almost back to normal now. I can run again and I can sit or stand for more than an hour at a time without pain. I am so grateful for Dr. Renn and his staff! He really listened to me and his staff were very caring toward me through my emotional ups and downs that go along with being in physical pain. Thank you!

The staff at Ravenswood Chiropractic and Wellness Center are amazing. About 4 months ago, I was having pain in my mid-back area and feet. I researched so many chiropractors that specialized in foot care, but no one seemed of interest. I started to just give up and suffer the pain and then I stumbled across Dr. Renn and his staff. I believe this was one of the greatest decision I ever made concerning healthcare. From Dr Renn to Tracy to Ann, April and the rest of the crew. I respect that they work with you and not against you...if you speak up about any issue they correct it...I love that.
