This is not based of the doctors services. My review is based on my experience as a first time patient looking to get some answers. Ive received services at a university before and my experience in the phone call I made to the office was terrible. This made me want to forget about trying to get services here. Already I felt that the office only being available 3 times a week was an inconvenience but I was trying to make it work. I decided to give iit a try any way. Since it is my first time finding an outside office through my insurance I had a few qustions, yet after just asking if my insurance was taken, and then having the lady on the phone confirm that, then immediately trying to get me off the phone by saying that I need a doctor referral and my doctor would answer questions. I accepted the fact that I would need a refferal although other offices I attempted to call had not required that, however as I attempet to ask the cost of the services to have prior knowledge before going through the trouble of reaching out to my doctor, she just kept saying " your doctor will tell you" in the most rude tone, I said okay and then said to her that I had a few more questions and before I can ask she just kept repeating "your doctor will tell you". I ended the phone call there due to the lack of care and consideration of the patients need. It no longer felt necessary to be assisted since I no longer felt I would be getting the proper care there based on poor quality staff. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I dont know how the doctor services are, if i coud give zero stars based on my experience speaking to the lady on the phone I would. Looking at all the other positive review I wonder how I ended up receiving such bad service.

My mother treats at this practice and I have to say that staff is amazing. Dr. Wegierek is extremely patient and thorough. The office is very welcoming and doesnt have that doctors office feel. I highly recommend this practice.

Great experience. Pleasant office staff and terrific doctor. Never had to wait long. Dr. Wegierek is very helpful, as well as a great listener. She is also incredibly knowledgeable in her field.
