I called to get help for my daughter. They blew me off & gave me a phone number for another agency...telling me "they" can help her more with her problem. It is frustrating and sad to see the lack of resources and inadequacy of the psychiatric division. So many people suffer from mental illness and cant find the help. Im pretty sure its false advertisement to say you have all these resources like a psychiatrist and therapist who specialize in the very thing I see on your website. But then tell me "we dont have a psychiatrist and other experienced therapist" that you are advertising clearly dont have the skills needed for more complex situations. False advertisement.. Such a let downdown!

I just called the Office about practitioners background and specializations and the office manager was terribly short, rude and unprofessional. If they wonder why they are losing at business development they should look at patient intake. I am just shocked.

Absolutely abysmal service from the phone call to make an appointment to the failure to get my prescription refilled. Rude, unhelpful staff all around. I highly recommend you choose a different doctors office to take care of your needs.

I contacted the Lighthouse Clinic to seek help for anxiety and depression and found the staff to be very helpful and understanding. I am now seenig a therapist who has been working with me and with his help I feel much better.

I called for a faxed number to give to the doctor who is servicing my daughter and she -receptiions was very rude and stated she couldnt do anything without the doctor name. I am concern for my daughter safety

They would schedule my daughters appointments during school hours. I asked that they switch her appointments to after school hours and I never heard back from them. She is now seeing a better therapist.
