I started with a Therapist Christina she helped me alot but she was still training and left. I was switched to another therapist shes just there for a paycheck ive got worse since I started seeing her Ive told her a number of times I want another therapist. Shes giving me the run around. She needs more training or a new job cuz it looks like this job isnt her strong point. They mistakenly cancelled my important medication cancelled my Doctors appointment I made cuz it was urgent and never told me. Gave me the wrong dose of medication one month I can write a book on all the professionalism they lack. I wrote a complaint about my medication a reseptionist cancelled ddnt know they could do that but anyway still havent got my other meds nor a call back after leaving a couple messeges for Manager Ms. Elizabeth they could careless here so please think twice wouldnt recommend this facility to a enemy.

Top notch. Ive been a patient here for about three years. There are two slightly separate divisions, theres the therapy side (they handle individual and group therapy for mental/mood disorders, as well as substance abuse (probably among others)), and a psychiatric arm downstairs, but theyre both affiliated with the hospital across the street. The quality of care Ive received is EXCELLENT. Since the two branches work together my therapist and psychiatrist stay in close communication which was a HUGE selling point for me. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Very bad institute, Have to see therapist for several time then get to see a psychiatrist and still have to see a therapist. They share all info with each other so there is no confidentiality what so ever. Dr. B was the worst psychiatrist I have ever dealt with in my life and it took me like six therapist appointments to see him to find out i wasted all that time and gas to go there for nothing. Look for an alternative place to help you if you want help they will not help you here. Biggest waste of time in my life i would have rather stared at a well for a month.

I was able to get an intake appointment relatively quickly and then an appointment with the primary therapist I was assigned. Everything went smoothly, from the receptionists, insurance, billing, therapy appointments, suggestions for groups, case management for community services. The entire Advocate Behavioral Health Program helps with every aspect of needs. The facility is always clean, the staff is always kind and the therapists are more than terrific.

Bills as a hospital, not a clinic, so youll end up paying more than your copay. Doctors do not return calls when leaving messages with reception. Avoid this place if possible. There are better options out there, most of which bill correctly.

The people there feel like they actually care and are willing to help.
