My time with Holly O. Houston, Ph.D. and the Anxiety & Stress Center has been a positive and life-affirming experience. I appreciate Dr. Houstons balance of professionalism and personalized care. She is a gifted therapist who has helped me reframe my negative thinking and redirect my inner critic. I feel the quality of my life is so much more now that I have been guided through the healing and discovery process with Dr. Houston.

Dr. Joseph Daniels was an excellent source of communication for my son to relate and talk to. He takes an approach that makes the parents and children feel good about being a family again. Dr. Daniels has been an inspiration for my sons attitude toward school and his self-esteem. Dr. Daniels is the person to see for outside intervention.

Dr. Houston is one of the best active listeners I have ever met. She takes in what I have to say, immediately puts it into perspective, and asks questions that help me clarify things I hadnt considered. She does the work to let me do the work of therapy, and I appreciate her considerable help.
