I have been searching for a psychiatrist that accepts my insurance since I moved to the state of Illinois over a year ago. Finally, a woman named Christina from Northwest Community Health called me and referred me to a great practice run by Dr. Mark Parisis in Mount Prospect, IL. I left a voicemail Friday night to try to set up an appointment and Dr. Parisi got back to me as early as the next morning (on a Saturday!) He was very personable, prompt, and caring. He set my appointment up for that Monday with Paula Karnick. I met with Paula on Monday and she was WONDERFUL. She understood everything and was extremely motivational and helpful. She told me I can contact her at any time if I have any questions or concerns and that she would be happy to help. She sticks up for her patients and truly cares about their well-being. I have never found such a great practice like Dr. Parisis in Mount Prospect. I was extremely impressed and pleased with this center, the staff, and Dr. Parisi. I finally found a place that not only is covered by my insurance, but that actually cares and listens to their patients. Most psychiatrist offices I have been to in the past are judgmental, make you feel uncomfortable or seem to just be there for a paycheck, but not this office. I highly recommend this place to everyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. MARK PARISI AND ASSOCIATES! I am beyond relieved to have found this place!

Dr. Parisi and Associates has been a wonderful experience for myself as well as my 2 children that have been treated in his office. Dr. Parisi has responded promptly to my texts on getting appointments promptly and that match my schedule. His professionalism and mannerism is outstanding and he has made my stressful situation as comfortable as it can be. He is just a type of person that you enjoy and feel comfortable speaking with. The staff in general is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the therapists that work there. My entire experience from start to finish was more than I could as for.

Dr Parisi and his associates have been a God send in helping my family in dealing with a crisis situation. After loosing our longtime trusted family Dr and going through several others trying to find someone who would not only help, but who we felt we could Trust, Dr Parisis has gone out of his way to help to help each of us by replying to our request for appointments promptly, working to get us in ASAP. It is so nice to find someone who cares & understands how important support (immediate) for the family can be in dealing with a "crisis"

He is easy to talk to .he glives good advice and he listens to me .he helps me understand myself and he isnt judgemental he gives me input . He makes me think .sometimes he gives homework .he has helped me with my problems . Thanks to him Im a lot better than when I started . I would highly recommend him because he is very good at what he does. He is an excellent therapist.
