Dr. Reese and her team have been looking after me since 2005. Not once have I dreaded going to her office for my regular dentist exam thanks to its warm, welcoming environment. The most Ive had to wait to be seen by the hygienist is 10 minutes, and scheduling appointments with Christina, the practices receptionist, is a breeze. Donna is my favorite dental hygienist of all time--there may be some bias here--not only because she goes above and beyond to make my teeth look healthy, but also because shes simply a wonderful person. Whether youre the talkative type, or someone who simply wants to get out of the chair as fast as you can (stay as long as possible, their chairs are undeniably comfy), youll appreciate Donna. Shes easy to talk to, can answer questions on all things dentistry, and skillfully combines efficiency with thoroughness. When I had a cavity filled, Dr. Reese was excellent in ensuring I felt as little pain as possible. My teeth have always been extremely sensitive (cant eat refrigerated apples), and I only felt slight discomfort during the procedure thanks to Dr. Reese asking every so often if I needed more pain management injections. If youre looking to find a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Reese and her team. Youll find yourself looking forward to receiving their reminders in the mail.

I like this office very much. Unfortunately, they are not covered by my BCBS PPO insurance, which can only be changed at the annual enrollment period. When I explained this to them, they helped me sort out what could be done for minimal cost now and allow the more expensive work to be done later after our insurance coverage was adjusted. They worked with me to get me through my combination of hurting teeth and poor insurance. [ Incidentally I was very unhappy with the one office in Evanston that was covered, and was willing to pay myself rather than go back to them. ] I have also had two cleaning appointments here, and the hygienist who worked with me (Alana (sp?)) was gentle and careful, yet vigilant about the extent of my gum disease and our efforts to correct it. I would recommend them to anyone, and am in the process of moving my family into this practice.

Ive had only the best experiences with Dr. Reeses dental practice, and highly recommend them! They have state-of-the-art equipment, and the personnel is warm and friendly, always making sure you are comfortable. I dreaded the anticipated time-consuming steps, and visits to have a crown made for my broken tooth. I was (almost) speechless to witness the amazing technology that enabled a crown to be created. Dr. Reese cut the old tooth away, electronically created a 3-D image of a new tooth, designed to fit exactly with my teeth, my bite, etc., THEN I witnessed the laser machine cut my specific tooth out of a block of porcelian.) Amazing! A quick check for fit (like a glove!) then bake it a few minutes, and glue it in. Voila! I walked out of the office in a little over 2 hours with a new crown! I cant praise them highly enough.

My appointment lasted a little longer then 15 minutes and I was charged over $200.00. I am new to the area and called the office to request a ball park amount for re -cementing a filling, which I had in my possession. The receptionist said she could not give me any figure because the dentist needed to assess the situation. It was a very simple straight forward job and she did what was needed, no novocaine, however she left some cement on my lips,which I had to scratch off in the restroom. My complaint is that there was a basic emergency fee which the receptionist failed to give me on the phone. I never would have gone in had I known it would have been that much money! I feel very saddened and taken by the experience. I do not recommend this dentist or her team.

Dr. Reese is great, everybody there is great. I used to refuse to get flossed there because I was traumatized by my previous ham-fisted hygienist at my previous dentist. So I would floss myself before going in, and they never complained about that, but Im over it and they do a great job- I had thought all dental-office flossings were supposed to be torture sessions, but that was just at my previous dentist. I finally had my teeth straightened here with Invisalign, and I had a difficult case and had to take a few steps back along the way, and it took a lot more work and time and trays than the original estimate, but the bill didnt change and nobody ever complained about the extra trouble my case took.

Dr. Reese and her staff go out of their way to be welcoming, caring and comforting during each and every visit. I have been a patient for many years and wouldt go anywhere else! I enjoy walking in and being greeted by name and seeing familiar faces during my visits. I have a lot of anxiety when going to the office and Dr. Reese and her staff do such a great of making me feel more calm by checking in frequently to see how I am doing, explaining procedures and treatment plans clearly and I really enjoy the option of listening to their iPods during treatments. I would recommend Dr. Reese and this office to anyone who desires quality dental care in a friendly, welcoming, and caring environment.

Dr. Reese is extraordinary. She is a master in her field, a gifted practitioner, utilizes the latest in technology to her patients full advantage and is a genuine, authentic joy to be around. She gets the best outcomes/results her patients could possibly hope for. I grew up going to my Dad as my dentist and, he will kill me for this, but Dr. Reese is my favorite dentist ever. If you have any apprehensions about going to Dr. Reese and being treated by her and her wonderful staff, you neednt have any. Dr. Reese is as close as you will come to the best doctor that any form of healthcare has to offer. I cannot recommend her strongly enough.

We have relied on Dr. Reese and Winning Smile Dental Group for our dental care for ten plus years. It was a brilliant choice. Dr. Reese is a great explainer/educator and does meticulous work. I have great trust in her judgement. I have only had a dental emergency once in my lifetime, but Dr. Reese was responsive and took good care of me. I recently went to the wrong location for a dental appointment (I thought I had a haircut scheduled) and Dr. Reeses office was very gracious about my mistake. I arrived almost 25 minutes late, very apologetic, but was accommodated in the kindest possible way.

Yesterday I had a routine cleaning with Alona and check-in with Dr. Reese. It was late in the afternoon and I had booked an early dinner with friends, so timing was tight! Alona was very friendly (as always) and very efficient. Dr. Reese, always hospitable and professional, did a quick but thorough check-up. Both of these dental professionals understood my tight timing and I was on my way to see my friends in less than an hour! Four members of our family have gone to Winning Smile Dental Group over many years. We have been very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I went to Dr. Reese because there was a special offer and wasnt sure what to expect. I was thrilled from start to finish. The waiting room was comfortable and peaceful, the receptionist was extremely kind, they got me in to get X-rays almost as soon as I completed my paperwork, the hygienist was kind and skilled, and Dr. Reese was patient and soft-spoken. I need to get a filling and was worried that it would be really expensive but the price they gave me was really reasonable and I am going back next week. This is my new dentist and I am switching my kids over, too.
