This company is a complete scam. I have never had such a bad experience at a doctor office before. They had me spend over $100 on two products and when I went to my usual doctor they said they had no real active ingredient, meaning I was just putting lotion on my face that did nothing for me. They take your credit card to put on file to even see the doctor and charge you without s follow up call confirming what the charge is. This place is a complete scam, I would rather wait months to see my usual doctor than follow up at this place no matter how easy it is to make an appointment. If I could give this place negative stars I would, such an such terrible company. I highly reccomend not wasting your time even considering calling for an appointment.

I see Dr Mahoney at the Glencoe location. She was recommended by a family member and I had such a great experience with her, that I recommended her to another family member who also had a positive experience. Dr. Mahoney was thorough and not rushed, she listened to my concerns and tailored here prescription based on my needs and concerns. I appreciate, too, that she only suggested the aesthetic treatments if I ask. The nurse and the reception staff were professional and courteous. They helped my find the most cost effective way to fill my prescription and were very helpful when I called later with questions. Ive heard good things about the other Docs in the office and would recommend this practice to anyone who asks.

My office visit at Advance Dermatology Glencoe was great! The wait to get into the Doctors office was only about 5 minutes. The Doctor answered all my questions, and procedure was easy. I was out of the office in about 30 minutes.

They want you in and out quickly. I finally made the switch after a male doctor was too afraid to look at my female body parts. They ignore all questions you have except questions about your prescriptions they give you.
