Waited 50 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Also called 30 minutes before to confirm my appointment where it would have been nice if they mentioned the doctor was running so late. When I asked 20 mins after my appt started if the doctor was running late, they replied that he always has delays around this time. That is not a good answer. I had no idea if he was 30 mins or 2 hours behind. Worse than that, when I made the appointment I asked if he could treat a specific condition they said yes so I booked the appointment. When the appointment started he said I should see a different doctor for that condition. Well that would have been nice to know BEFORE I made the appointment and showed up or else I wouldnt have gone. But worse than that, I had a routine procedure done that I have never paid out of pocket for (even though it is largely cosmetic in nature). However, my insurance has always covered it and ive had it done like 5-6 times. This office refused to even attempt to bill my insurance and so I had to pay out of pocket. Again, would have been nice to been told this when I made the appointment or if they would have even attempted to bill my insurance. In general they just didnt provide any information until it was too late! The doctor was nice and seemed knowledgeable but the office experience was awful. Will not be returning here.

Dr. Lasser is the BEST dermatologist Ive experienced on the North Shore as well as Chicago. His patience, attention, experience, diagnosis, and treatment is exactly what I expect from all doctors (but, unfortunately, didnt get from others). Ive waited over an hour for some other doctors who were not worth my time. Id gladly wait a 1/2 hour for Dr. Lasser because I know hes not rushing anyone out of his office. Each patient receives the time and attention needed for a proper assessment and treatment. I introduced my husband to Dr. Lasser for a few skin problems and he was completely impressed by his knowledge and kind, caring, proper treatment of his condition. As a matter of fact, Im calling Dr. Lasser right now for an appointment.

( Worst visit) I am first time patient ( I had a horrible experience ) I came half an hour earlier than my appointment,I did the paperwork and I was waiting for 45 minutes,somehow one of the employee got me inside the room she said the doctor will be with you shortly,I end up waiting inside the room for half hour no one showed up to apologize to me for inconvenient , I got extremely frustrated for wasting more than hour ,The staff is extremely bad for not notifying me that the doctor is having surgery or something That made him late to my appointment,extremely unprofessional .

Fantastic Dr. He respects his patients and takes their worries seriously while using his experience to ensure the best care. The office wait time has decreased a lot as well, but I would happily wait an hour to have Dr. Lasser check my skin for anything dangerous.

Waited over an hour to get in for my acheduled appointment. Not only that, but the waiting room was a sauna. 0/10 would return. Competent receptionists would be helpful. A phone call in advance regarding the long wait would have been much appreciated.
