In my opinion, this is the worst dental office in the St. Louis Metro area. My appointment was cancelled at the last minute by the office and couldnt get me in for over two months… After being a patient there for nearly 20 years and after inconveniencing me greatly. When I called to talk to the office manager, I was told she was with a patient and would not be calling me back… yet I overheard her telling the receptionist what to say as I was on the phone. Patients in this office (again, in my opinion) have no value and truly are just a meal ticket. This office also has new, reduced hours, no longer work late and never Friday through the weekend which was very inconvenient for me. I decided to save myself the hassle and visit one of the hundreds of other offices in the area. I was definitely treated better elsewhere.
