Hi Everyone, heres an honest review. I highly recommend this dental practice. The staff at Advanced Dentistry has been caring for my family’s dental health needs for many years. As an educated health care services consumer, I can’t say enough about the excellent service I’ve always received from the dentists and staff in this practice. Dentists in this dental practice provide high quality standards of care and are very professional. The staff is professional, caring, and efficient. In addition, the environment is always impeccable and from the time you walk in the office you are greeted with a friendly smile. What really sets them apart from others is their ethical work and honest health advice and care that is now uncommon in many places. Having moved from the city to the Northwest suburban area I decided to start seeing a new dentist, one closer to home. I did extensive research before settling for this dental office and I am glad to have chosen it because it has consistently met my expectations of what great dental care should be. My two children are also patients in this dental practice, they receive care for regular exams and braces. The Dr. Jones is excellent, and so are the dental assistants, they really know how to work with children with a friendly and easy going demeanor that helps kids feel comfortable and relaxed. I cannot say enough about Dr. Edgcomb; when we had our first consultation with her for braces, she really took the time to explain the process, answer my questions and addressed many concerns I had about the procedure. She has great work ethics, is very thorough, and the results of her work are amazing. My daughter just completed her braces treatment with Dr. Edgcomb and the final result is a perfect and beautiful smile. The experience here is just complete. I’ve recommended this practice to my extended family too. I am very pleased with my dentists in this practice.

I chose this office for orthodontic treatment for my daughter, mainly due to the seemingly great office hours. Ive heard horror stories about orthodontists being very inaccessible and since your child must be there very frequently for treatment, it is essental that they have good hours. Unfortunately, this is one of those horror stories. The website gives office hours, but those hours are not the hours that the orthodontist keeps. This has been a disaster for us. The repeated taking a child out of school to go to the orthodontist, the lack of actual availability on a Saturday. The length of time to wait for an appt (think: the orthodontist is only here Tuesday and every other Friday!). Our recent example of how they failed us is this: Childs wire retainer broke (just snapped in two when she went to place it in her mouth); got a "temporary one" at the office which is a plastic thing molded to her teeth while a new wire one is made. The plastic one breaks, simply splits in two in her hand. Flash forward, her THIRD plastic one shatters on impact when it slips 3 ft to the floor. Yet, she cannot come in and get her wire retainer WHICH IS SITTING IN THEIR OFFICE waiting for her b/c there is no orthodontist for a week. Instead, we are told she can come in to get another temporary plastic one that we will have to pay for. The solution to the lack of an orthodontist at this facility is to pay for another crummy plastic temporary retainer. There is no other Orthodontist there so no one else can help you. You cannot be seen at the other office of the orthodontist so you are out of luck. If you are considering orthodontia for your child at Advanced Dentistry, think again. This situation is unacceptable.

The best dental practice one can ask for. As a health care professional, Im very particular about the dentist I chose and needless to say I found the best doctors I could put my trust in. Ive been putting off my ortho treatment for years due to the fear of the outcomes but they set my anxiety to ease by being extremely patient with me and offering me multiple options I could explore before finalizing on one. Their doctors are renowned and the staff will always go out of their way to help you navigate the long road of orthodontic treatment for yourself. Im glad I chose Advanced Dentistry to get the perfect teeth and beautiful smile I own today! Overall, the staff is extremely professional, caring, friendly and helpful. Every time Ive been there they provide a very personalized care. The office itself is very clean, organized and well decorated. The technology they have at this office is always cutting-edge!! I recommend this place for anyone; whether its for a regular dental visit or an ortho procedure.

Expect nothing but the best when it comes to Advanced Dentistry. I have been coming here for years with Dr. Jones and now recently started orthodontic treatment with Dr. Edgcomb. They are grate doctors, Dr. Edgcomb is a great orthodontist! She is very nice and takes her time to explain to me every part of my treatment. If i happen to have any questions or concerns she is very helpful in answering them to my understanding. A lot of my family members see her for orthodontic treatment and we all have busy schedules, but the office is grate at accommodating their patients. My family and I are greatly thankful that we are in the good hands of such grate doctors and staff!

I truly enjoy my dentist experience right from walking in to the office and being greeted by the front desk to being walked out by my hygienist. The staff are always great, they really seem to enjoy being at work and Ive never encountered a non-positive attitude. This detnist has now become my family dentist and would highly recommend it to anyone without any hesitation...... Cheers !!!! Keep up the good work Dr. Khan .....

Very bad experience, the whole staff know how to Rip off their Patients, Not very friendly. As per one of my friend recommended me to go there as a giving favor to our community Small Business, After my appointment and cleaning I got a bill for $288 out of pocket even after they charged my insurance over $800, it was just Deep cleaning and couple of fillings thats it. This place is Rip off Big time...
