I tried this vet clinic as my current vet was 30 minutes away and I wanted to find another place closer to home. Initially, I was very happy with the service. They get you in the door with a free exam but I have found that after that, it really felt like a money grab. This place is overpriced. The ran extra and unauthorized tests to run up the bill. I had exams where the doctor didnt note what we talked about then forgot. I sent previous veterinary records the vet didnt even review. Although customer service was good during my initial visits, the last year the front office staff was rude and not helpful. Nobody ever called with lab results, I had to call them. When I see inconsistencies, I am suspicious and this place is real good with marketing and putting on a front but I saw red flags..... Like including the lack of attention to detail such as no notes about the meds my dog was on during the January exam-no calls about results of blood work-and lack of helpfulness that make me not trust this place. Where there is smoke,there is fire and with the lack of attention to detail on record keeping and dishonesty, no way would I trust my dog there-they simply dont put the dogs first and are in it for the money.

I have been going to Sherlock Bones since 2013 when we got our first cat. When I got a puppy in 2015 I started bringing him here as well. The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Dr. Paul. My dog has had severe allergies in the past week that were progressively getting worse and worse. I called right before closing on Wednesday very concerned and Dr. Paul stayed after closing and waited for me to drive the 30 minutes to the office to treat Kingston. The medicine he put him on has cleared everything up very quickly and hes doing much better. I cant say enough great things about the wonderful staff and will continue to drive out of the way to go to Sherlock Bones.

They treat your pet with the utmost respect. My dog was a regular, but one of my cats suddenly fell ill. She was not a regular. Needless to say, she had to be put to sleep. The Dr and staff were so kind and compassionate. They didnt even know her and they sent a sympathy card signed by staff. Still makes me tear up!! Excellent team!

We moved here from out of state and our 17 year old cat got very ill. The staff and vets here are great, and took good care of US, and our baby. He had to stay overnight a few nights and the facilities here are clean and caring. They even sent a pic of Bucky while he was there because I missed him!.... Highly recommend

AWESOME! They are more like family than just vets. From our ancient cats to our kittens, they have cared for all with kindness and compassion every step along the way. Dr. Paul obviously cares very much about each and every one of his patients.

Had an emergency with our dog just minutes before noon & this entire office was attentive & concerned & worked thru their lunches. Dr. Paul was wonderful; cant say enough!!
