If only i could give zero stars. My dog was a regular patient here for a couple years, and i had always had good service. A couple months ago, my dog developed a cyst on one of his hind legs. I brought him to this vet, and they told me that because of the cyst being located near the joint, he would need immediate surgery to remove it because it was going to continue to grow and most likely ruin his leg. I immediately started saving money, because it was going to be fairly expensive surgery. I finally got the money together this week and dropped him off for surgery this morning. A few hours later, I am notified by the vet that the cyst had disappeared, but they had already sedated him before discovering this, so I would be responsible for paying for the anesthesia. When questioned, they said I shouldnt have waited so long to schedule the surgery. So they knocked my dog out (which scares me anyway because of possible side-effects) for absolutely no reason whatsoever, then charged me $80.00 for the trouble. No apology. No anything. They just acted like it was a normal practice to use anesthesia on your beloved pet when it wasnt even necessary in the first place. Im just thankful that I didnt have the money at the original visit... I assume they would have cut him open for no reason as well.

Our dog (Olive) and cat (Malcolm) have been patients at the West Side Pet Hospital for years. No matter their malady, the staff has always been attentive and caring. Dr. Marlo is especially devoted to the needs of our furry family members. We also trust Tracy at Paws Inn with Olives grooming appointments. Olive can be very nervous in new environments and around people she doesnt know. Tracy is very patient and Olive always looks amazing when we pick her up! Thank you for keeping our best friends happy, healthy, and looking sharp!

This place is very attentive to your animals. Dr.s are very thorough and answer all of your questions professionally and in a timely manner. They have interesting ways of dealing with your pets and shots to keep them calm. Staff is very nice and helpful. Highly Recommended!

Jesse was extremely helpful when i called with an online problem and she could not have been sweeter! I often hate calling people over the phone because of the poor customer service that seems to be a trend nowadays, but Jesse could not have been more amazing!

Have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at Westside Pet Hospital. They have always been caring, kind, and have a wonderful way with animals. We have 3 cats and 4 dogs - they all go here.

Love this place. If I could give more stars I would! We have 2 dogs, and two cats currently. Unfortunately we did have to put a dog down a few years ago I felt like a part of the family!
