Ill start with the positives.... the waiting area is gorgeous and the staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. However, after my exam Dr. Vitto told me I had FOUR cavities that needed to be filled. I have never had a cavity in my life so I was shocked to hear this news. She showed me pictures of some spots on my teeth as "proof" of the cavities. Never tested the surface of my tooth with an instrument, just went off of the photos. I was shocked so I wanted to get a second opinion. This new dentist I went to was VERY thorough and saw no problems with some of the spots on my back teeth, in fact, one of the spots was a strawberry seed that got stuck in one of the grooves of my teeth. How upsetting that I wouldve gotten my teeth drilled into over a couple of harmless stains and a stuck seed. Very didappointed in the unethical treatment I received at Vitto Dental Spa. I hope everyone can learn and not waste their time going to this dentist.

Butcher shop. Not only did they try to send my wife out AFTER they ground a front tooth crooked, they refuse to stand behind their work and replace a permanent filling that fell out after only three months!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Dont get suckered like we did. I got better dental care in the Air Force!! At least the errors in the service werent geared towards making you spend more money to fix the problem they caused.
