Best experience Ive ever had at a vet. Vet whose name was Jennifer spent so much time with Toby,my miniature daschund. Hes my big baby. Ive taken him to vets that act afraid of him. From the time we entered the door until leaving a great experience. She spent so much time looking at him,listening to him and they even drew lab work. Vet I had been taking him to for over 6 months never did lab work and less than five minutes each time was spent with him. No one in her office was afraid of him. Alot vets and techs are because hes a barker. He would not hurt anyone. When she had him in a different room she came into room I was waiting for him in while they drew blood and ask if she could look at his bottom. Thats what he was having problems with. She said he had anal abscess and again ask if she could try to express them while she had him back there. I said yes,then I heard him crying. She came right into room and said to inflamed and she could not express at that time. She gave me two estimates and let me decide after seeing estimates what I wanted to do. I could sedate him then and she would express them or send home on pain meds and antibiotics which I chose. Ive never got an estimate from a vet before doing something. Wow! I could not believe how kind caring, and compassionate she and her whole office staff were. Office also was very clean and smelled fresh. I have referred this office to everyone with pets now that I talk to. Ive never had a good experience at vet but never to late.She explained everything thoroughly and even lifted his tail and showed me abscesses on his bottom. I would definitely if you need a new vet or just looking for one for a new pet highly recommend her and her staff. I think you will be happy you did. I read reviews on other vets before taking him but not alot reviews to look at on vets. I wish more people would leave them whether bad or good to help owner make a decision. Again I give this office At in my eyes.

I took my almost 13 year old cat to them who had been experiencing cluster seizures over the last three days. The staff was super helpful and made me feel comfortable leaving him there all day for observation. Dr. Finnegan was very reassuring and knowledgeable. She took her time to make sure I knew all of his issues and possible outcomes. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism. I could tell she was really busy at the end of her day, but that did not take away from my cats exam or all the questions I had for her. I was also impressed with my bill. I found it to be fair and not overpriced. I left happy and reassured that my cats plan for care was the best thing for him!! This office is out of my way, about 25-30 minutes from my house. I would drive here anytime to get the care and compassion we received.
