Even with as many clients as they have (and they have plenty--waiting room is frequently full), they all remember my dogs name and her history, and they always seem happy to see her. And this was after Id moved and went back for the first time in a long time. Services here are on a walk-in basis, which is fantastic. I have complete faith in Dr. Cooney. When I moved from the area, I was disappointed to not find a vet even close to this good. The only drawback is that most examinations are done in the back. Id prefer to have the exam done while I watch. Other than that, best vet Ive been to in decades.

Very nice service. Dr. Lesa Hofmeyer and her staff did a great job of seeing and diagnosing my tea cup Chihuahua. The little guy was lethargic with emesis and diarrhea. Blood in his stools was a huge concern. Dr. Hofmeyer saw my dog and ran a blood analysis. She shared the information and her best thoughts of the course of action. Thankfully 48 hours later my spunky dog is back at it. I am very pleased with the front office and Dr. Hofmeyers vet tech assistant. I am not a regular customer, but they treated like I bring all my animals there. I may switch vets in the future. THANK YOU ALL!

A few years ago we went there as they gave us the cheapest quote for a surgery for our cat. The price they have us was $800 for the surgery. However, afterwards they raised it to $1200 claiming they had to do more during the surgery. We obviously couldnt pay this as we only went with them because of the lower cost. They threatened to euthanize our cat if we refused to pay the additional fees for the surgery. We ended being forced to put it on credit in order to get our cat back.

I have been bringing my pets to Northeast Animal Clinic for over 35 years. The staff treat my animals as if they were THEIR pets--real care and concern. I love the fact that I can just bring my cat in during regular hours--I dont have to make an appointment--and I will be seen. Sometime we have to wait, but that is okay.
