THEY ARE AWESOME! The 7 year old family parakeet, Amir, got stuck in his toy a few days ago and badly injured one of his legs. I called one vet before I called Kingdom and I didnt like their pricing, so I contacted Kingdom and learned that they have the amazing price of $30 just to see any pet! Most vets seem to determine their office visit price by the type/size of animal they are seeing, but not Kingdom! I found that amazing. Dr. Wolk is very very kind, especially when it comes to paying options. Id like to call out Erin Smith, she helped us get a safe water dish for our very loved boy. And she also showed me a funny picture of Amir getting his x-rays and showed me pictures of her pet birds and said she had held Amir a bit during his day time stay at the vet! We thought we would have to put him to sleep, but Kingdom gave him their best care, some new food and good pain medication and he looked so much better when we arrived to get him. With their help we have decided to give it a shot and see if he can get well. Dr. Wolk thinks that with time, he could get used to being on one leg. Erin and Dr. Wolk talked with us and we were showed how to give him his medication and they were just so nice. I appreciate it so much. They had a very busy day, but they took the time to see our little boy. They also told us that parakeets dont need grit or coddle bones, the pet stores have so many products they say an animal needs, when they really dont. They are very knowledgeable and know animals very well, especially birds! They even have a few neat birds that live in the office! My mother and father say we think weve found our new vet and we all give 5 stars to this amazing animal hospital! Thanks so much!

Dr. Wolk and Dr. K saved my dogs life last week. It was a Friday evening, the clinic was closed, but I called and a very short time later received a telephone call back. Less than 30 minutes later my dog was in emergency surgery - both Doctors, and staff, without complaint giving up their Friday before Mothers Day evening. The night of the operation, Dr.s W & K both kept us informed via text, looked in on Edie all night long, and have been in easy contact via text and email any time Ive had any questions since. Edie is doing wonderfully, and I cannot thank everyone at Kingdom for their help! Youre the best.

When I first moved to the area my roommate took his cats to this vet. When I got my own cat I made an appointment to get my him declawed in front. When I dropped him off I signed him in and planned on picking him up in the evening. I got him home that evening and he couldnt stand up, I looked a bit closer, and they had declawed all of his paws! When I called to tell them of their mistake, the only thing they offered me was the $25 dollar difference in the price of the surgery. I would not recommend going to a place that obviously doesnt care to confirm surgery or apologize for such a major mistake.

Ever since I learned of Dr. Wolk and Kingdom Animal Hospital, I was excited. To actually have a veterinarian who treats exotic birds and they are located right here in West Michigan. As the owner of Casa La Parrot I cannot say enough about Dr. Wolk and her staff. They have helped my flock countlesss times and also come to my store to run clinics. I trust her judgement implicitly and have never had a reason to question her advice. I have many birds who owe their lives to Dr. Wolk. She also has helped with my personal birds, dogs and cats. They all love her and so do I.

With 5 animals in the house it didnt take long for our flea problem to get out of control this summer. I am so grateful to Kingdom Animal Hospital for their outstanding service. They boarded and treated our pets so we could have the house sprayed for fleas, they recommended Vectra which is by far the most amazing product weve ever used for flea treatment and prevention, and theyve been available to answer any and all of our questions. Thank you so much for all you do!

I love Kingdom Animal Hospital! I have a rather "clumsy" lab, who seems to always get herself into trouble (bit by a squirrel, broken tooth, sprained tail...). Every time Ive had an issue and had to call, theyre able to get me in quickly, providing quality care at a reasonable price. Their exotics care is exceptional as well. Ive had to bring in one of my guinea pigs- they were much more knowledgable than another vet office weve been to (and more affordable!).

Dr. Kendra Wolk and her team are as good as it gets. They have a heart for both people and their pets. Recently it was discovered by Dr. Wolk that our dog had early stages of a mast cell tumor. Dr. Wolk had our dog in surgery within one week and we are happy to say he is doing great! We have complete trust in the care he has received at Kingdom Animal Hospital and will continue to share with others about our great experiences time and time again!

Their office is always clean and has so much space! They make sure to not let the office have too many pets at once which is a big comfort for skiddish animals. They have an Avian speciliast who I only trust with my parrots. Long story short it took one visit with Dr. Work to find out whats wrong with my macaw verses numerous visits with other Avian vets. No matter how far Im from Holland Ill be, Im always coming here! They are like family!!

Kingdom Animal Hospital and its staff are simply amazing! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my family. Dr. Wolk is unbelievably professional, attentive, personal, and accommodating. I drive the better part of an hour each way to ensure my fur and feather babies are seen by the best. I cannot say enough positive things about the experiences I have had with Dr. Wolk and her staff. Thank you for caring for my family as if it were your own.

Very friendly staff and Dr Wolk went above and beyond to take care of my Senegal parrot, Silly. She helped me keep my sanity when I didnt know what was wrong with Silly and made sure she got the care she needed as fast as possible. She treated me like a person and not just a client. I will definitely be bringing the rest of my animals here as well recommending this place to others.

Were very good with my dogs bladder infection. Had to WAIT a LONGGG time for the vet to show up after my appointment time, but she was apologetic and very kind. A bad morning, it happens to everyone. I may have made some mistakes with self-treating, but she did not belittle me for it and I think this is a great clinic and Im happy I took Roxie there.

Expensive, poor service - always selling you medicine and shots you have not asked for nor do they ask you if you want them. Boarding is very basic, metal cages and concrete floors. I have an older dog so I bring a bed but its always wet when I pick her up so I doubt she gets out often enough if at all. Will be finding another Vet.
