I changed Vet clinics to MVA East for a number of reasons. Dr Cade Armstrong has done a lot of work to assist several friends of mine who are involved in rescue work and service dog work. I was impressed by this enough to change, and I was so glad I did. The clinic is very close to my home. I am treated with great respect by everyone there and the staff truly are interested in your pets. We have two golden retrievers and a cat and we have been more than satisfied with the services. Dr Armstrong is truly a great doctor, as he will take the time to listen and advise. The pet ID cards are fantastic. All in all, I have nothing but positive comments for MVA. I am involved in training teams for dog therapy, I volunteer with Helping Shepherds of Every Color (a local rescue), and have been around dogs all of my life. These folks know how to take care of you and your pets!

Cade and the entire MVA team have been absolutely phenomenal when we had to have a knee surgery done on our very large breed dog. She is older and sensitive to anesthesia, but there were no problems at all, and a week after the surgery she is bearing weight and walking around. In addition to the great results from the surgery, we had a few little "concerns" on whether x behavior was normal or if we should do something, both times we called in we were almost immediately connected with The vet who performed the surgery and he was able to offer us solutions over the phone for both problems. I highly recommend this practice, for everything from daily check ups to major orthopedic surgeries. We live in New York City, and still fly our dog to Alabama whenever it is something we are significantly concerned about and want the best possible care.

I have taken my Cats to MVA on Vaughn Rd. since they were kittens; Dr. Armstrong is their primary vet. I recommend all of them because my ragdoll cat was critically ill and everyone in the clinic worked very hard to insure her recovery. They kept us informed about her progress throughout her illness. She was hospitalized for 10 days. Everybody in the clinic is an obvious animal lover; this is apparent by the caring attitudes from all the employees. I highly recommend this group of doctors. As a physician myself, I was impressed by their degree of thoroughness and their bedside manner.

I highly recommend MVA - I have taken both our dog, Tyrone and cat, Belle and the staff and doctors are phenomenal. Tyrone attends day care and boarding and the care and attention has been outstanding! I love the Thursday activity days where there actually do things like have movie day and play animated movies with dogs and serve a special treat. Belle has boarded there and I am very pleased with her accommodations. Kendall is a terrific, talented and kind groomer who has taken care of Tyrone and Belle. Every one gets my highest recommendation!!!.

Montgomery Veterinary Associates is a wonderful place with amazing people. I lost my dog in December and it was a very hard time for me. The staff at MVA were so kind and understanding and even sent me a sympathy card with Lulus (my dog) paw print on it along with some very kind words from the whole staff. That card is something I will cherish forever. They are always very nice and professional and will do everything they can for the pets they care for. They make me feel like they truly care for my pets and that is worth a lot to me.

The doctors are always passionate, caring, and professional. They have gone above and beyond for my pets, yet always being conservative in their treatment. I highly recommend Drs. Armstrong, Aman, Farris, English (and the others) if you want a vet who loves his/her job and treats your pet like their own!

Our dog spends three days a week at MVA for Doggy Daycare and boards occasionally. From Diane and Kim at the front desk to Brian and Karey in the back; from Cade, Charles, and Rachael to all of the many friends our dog has made we are thankful. She feels right at home. Dr. Armstrong, Aman, and the other vets (and staff) at MVA have provided excellent care for my pets. Ive been a client for the past couple of years for my three personal dogs and a number of dogs that Ive fostered for rescue. THey are professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. THey give their clients the extra time and explanations for all procedures. We also love the pet ID cards. I highly recommend MVA.

I have been taking our dog to Dr. Aman at MVA for several years. Dr. Aman and the staff always treat our dog in a loving and compassionate way while still making sure he is healthy. MVA is also very quick to respond to any call or issue we might feel is going on with our dog. I had my Airedales groomed there for the first time Thursday. Kendall Shanks was their groomer. They have never been so clean!!! They looked fabulous afterwards! I could have entered them in a dog show! I am very impressed by her work and the fact that I didnt bring home 2 stressed out thirsty dogs. They were quite happy and playful. I will definitely be back, I highly recommend.

I started taking my cat and dog to MVA on Vaughn Road two years ago. We have seen Dr. Farris on several occassions, and she is FABULOUS! She offers insightful, compassionate, loving care. The fees are reasonable, and I like that they dont push costly extra services. We have boarded animals here as well and had a positive experience. All of the staff are helpful and friendly.

We move every 2 years and our 9 and 10 year old dogs have seen their fair share of vets. MVA is hands-down the best practice weve had for our pups. Every doctor has been amazing to our girls and we are just sad to have to move away from them. Very thorough, reasonable pricing and lovely service.
