Horrible, dont waste your time or money coming here. My cat had surgery here for lumps growing on her stomach & now she has to go through it again cause they didnt remove it all & its growing back. Dr. Bosanquet has a bad memory & a temper, hes passive aggressive. He didnt fully tell me all the pre & post surgery procedures to follow. My cat suffered pain cause of his neglect of providing info & he didnt listening. He wanted me to remove her bandages & put a funnel around her head when thats things he shouldve done, Im not a vet. He said he was worried about her pulling the drainage tubes out, well why didnt he put the funnel on her right after her surgery if he was worried about it? She stayed there for 2 days. He said he was gonna put her under to take the stitches out so she didnt eat or drink for 24 hrs cause he said she cant eat or drink before going under. He didnt put her under so once again she suffered for no reason. I told him not to put her in a cage cause she wont let you touch her. What does he do...he put her in a cage. So cause he put her in a cage he had a hard time giving her meds or anything else. So once again she suffered. My cat bit his wife & he got mad & took it personally. Well he shouldnt have put her in a cage & his wife probably wouldnt have gotten bit. My cat was in pain so shes not gonna want to be touched. He doesnt own up to his mistakes. Go to swengel vet on 31, theyre more caring there.

Dr. B has been seeing our pets for 8 years now and we couldnt be any happier with the service. Today my dog was awful sick and he took the time on his day off to see her. Not many vets would do that. They have great prices compared to your other vet hospitals/clinic. The staff is just amazing and they make sure you understand and have everything you need before you leave. I would deifintly recommend Checking them out if you are looking for a new vet. Thanks Dr. B and staff for being so caring of my animals!

Weve been taking our dog here for years. Not sure about the long rant from the cat person, but they arent passive aggressive, rude, or negligent like their review describes. Its a small practice with good prices, and he is always gentle and good at explaining things.
