Patients recently obtained access to their medical records. Reviewing mine, there are several incorrect diagnoses listed, and a history of illnesses that, as a patient, I have never experienced. The staff at this office are unprofessional- spending more time discussing movies and food than answering their phone lines, which patients can hear in the waiting area. Dr Stiner has a kind demeanor while meeting with patients, but the mistakes she or other staff have made in my patient record could be potentially harmful to me, as a patient, for future treatments and courses of action towards correcting any ailments. This ranks as more important to me than bedside manner.
